Slight pineapple and grape-like aroma on the top.
The same fruity aroma as on the top, fresh sweetness and soft rice flavor spreads with a light acidity reminiscent of white wine, and it finishes quickly with a slight bitterness and lingering sweetness.
The sweetness, which is not strong but is typical of Aizan, lingers from the first sip to the aftertaste, and the acidity, which rises quickly, makes the wine refreshing to drink.
It goes well with a meal and is of course delicious on its own.
