The same fruity aroma as the top, the full sweetness and soft rice flavor spreads with citrus-like acidity, and the slightly bitter and fresh aroma lingers on the finish.
It is a little sweet, but the acidity and bitterness bring it all together in a gentle way, making it a great match with a meal or on its own.
It went well with 7-Eleven's Gold Series mackerel stewed in miso and grilled marinated marinated pork.
It also went well with Thai-style stir-fried pork belly and eggplant, and leek balls.
