It's been a long time since I've been to Tocho.
It's still delicious...
I can't get enough of the sticky feeling when I put it in my mouth.
The aroma is gorgeous, and the acidity is tangy...
Thank you for your hard work today.
It has been snowing since yesterday.
It is described as a "sharp Junmai-shu," but it tastes like a traditional sake, with a full flavor of rice. The taste is what I personally call Kurokenrishi-style. It has more acidity and sweetness than Kurokenbishi. Best served warm!
It has the freshness of a pure sake, and the sweet but robust flavor of rice. It disappears quickly with a slight bitterness. This is also a great sake as a food sake. Saga is amazing!
Comes in quickly and smoothly with a lingering sweetness
Unique aroma escapes from the nose
I'm not very good at it, but it doesn't bother me.
Slight cemedine aroma?
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 14

First time for Mutsukorou-san!
The aroma is gorgeous, reminiscent of muscatel and melon. The clear sweetness that spreads in the mouth is just like the taste of a silvery winter.
Hajimete" expresses the sanctity of the first squeezing and the fresh yet lovely freshness of the first squeezing.
Brilliantly fruity, light and juicy.
It has a wine-like mouthfeel, like white grapes.
Transparent, slightly mineral.
Cute acidity, clear sweetness.
It has a refreshing sharpness.
Goes well with oysters.
Taste level 3.5/5
Impression.
Fruity in another dimension.
No longer a juice.
The sushi was Hakodate's thunder squid (🦑).
The sticky and cozy texture of the squid made me swoon.
The tempura was sea bream from Sakurajima, Kagoshima Prefecture.
The tempura was made with sea bream from Sakurajima, Kagoshima Prefecture. It was super fluffy and delicious.
First, drink it cold. It is very easy to drink.
It has no harshness, spikiness, or bitterness, and has no sweetness or strong aroma. Yet it is still delicious.
A very well-balanced sake. I like it very much.
This is the second time for Mutsukorou-san, I believe.
This time, it's a "orikarami" (a type of rice wine). The label says it has a "gentle sweetness" with hints of pineapple and apple, but what does it taste like?
First of all, it has a gorgeous aroma!
Oh, there is also a tingling sensation with a hint of acidity! The sweetness is definitely strong, and the fruity sensation is subdued.
I still don't know what "Mutsugoro-san" means, but I can say that it is a distinctive sake!
I will taste it slowly on Saturday night: ‼️
Good evening 😁The liquor store I often go to promotes this 😁I drank a modern once and thought it was delicious 👍I think Mutsugorou is probably because the picture on the label is a picture of a mutsugorou from the Ariake Sea.
