-- HONOUBE UME UMEKO'S HIMITSU Junmai Ginjo -- Kochi
Kochi Prefecture
This sake is brewed with Kochi Prefecture yeast CEL-24.
It has a fruity, tropical sweetness that is very appealing.
July 19,20 is the Ekinan Festival 😊.
This year, too, we went there for the sake festival ✨☝️✨
When I arrived at the venue, it was just about to start, perfect timing 😊.
I immediately bought a 1gozu bottle of sake (you can have as many refills as you want!) ✨
If it's a regular event, the sake is summer jungin, but this year it's different 😏.
When I tried to guess by drinking it, she told me the answer while I was drinking 😂Mom, you can't say that... (the lady in the picture is the wife of Takagi Sake Brewery and I personally call her "mom").
This year it is "Tosa Kinzo Special Junmai" and they are serving this sake because it won an award at this year's SAKE COMPETITION 2025😊(the sake in the photo...not the one in this photo).
I've had this sake before, but it's still delicious ✨It's more than delicious, it's delicious ☝️
The aroma is not too strong, the rice flavor, and the aftertaste is very clean and crisp 😁.
I don't have any pictures, but I visited the brewery and had a good time with my son, Ippo 😄.
I drank a small amount of sake, about 8 gou, and went home feeling good 😁It was so hot that I drank a can of beer after I got home and cooled off ✨.
Good morning, Kano 😃.
I am so glad to see you here! The amount of sake served in Kochi is different!
I mean, it's like 8 gou of sake ⁉️😳.
The level is too different 😆.
Hello kano-san 🌞.
That's a very generous brewery that allows you to drink as much as you want when you buy a bottle of sake 😆 I would collapse if I drank 8 gos of sake 😅.
I would collapse if I drank 8 gou😅.
Hi Matsuchiyo, 😊Thank you for your comment😊This brewery's Furisode-shu is not a 2nd class sake, but basically a summer ginjo, so I look forward to it every year ☝️ It's delicious and makes my cup run over 😁.
I was attracted to this drink by the summery label.
I didn't find it as summery and refreshing as the package, but it was a very easy drink.
It is an easy-drinking sake, and even people who don't like sake can enjoy it.

Shu when opened
Moderate gassiness
Slightly sweet pineapple-like top note
The same fruity aroma as on the top palate, a full sweetness and a slight umami of rice, along with a linear acidity, spread out with a slight gassiness, and finish with a slight bitterness and a smooth finish.
Although it is fire-aged, it is fresh and sweet, but thanks to the well-balanced acidity, it can be drunk neatly and is easy to match with meals, and of course, it is delicious on its own.
It goes well with eel on top of a bowl of rice.
Prunus toyonoi (Japanese plum tree)
A little wrinkled label.
Tastes like apple and pineapple since it is L-cel24, a new yeast from Kochi
Toyonoume, a combination of the names "Toyonosuke" and "Umetaro," was acquired from the Terao Shuzo brewery, which was also located in Akaoka-machi, in 1928, and has since been passed down to the Takagi Brewery as "Toyonoume.
Next is Toyonou Ume 😊.
While most of the local sake is light and dry, this is an unusual sake with a fruity aroma and a sweet and sour taste, but it is delicious 😆.
This is only in terms of local sake. ☝️
Ah! But it wouldn't be strange if it's L.CEL-24 yeast...
Saturday morning drinking in Sannomiya (4) Memorandum
First Toyonou Ume, no memory of the taste 😆.

It is from a company called Concept Workers? It seems that the main sake brewer is Takagi Sake Brewery of Toyonoume!
Various breweries seem to be participating in this project, but I didn't know much about the intricacies, so I picked up the sake from my favorite brewery for the time being.
The aroma was of apples and pineapples with a strong acidity.
It is a sweet and sour juicy type of sake with no hint of alcohol, which makes it easy to drink.
It is a sweet and juicy type of sake with a strong acidity that does not feel like alcohol.
720 yen, about 1800 yen
Jacket purchase!
Deliciously sweet with a sense of freshness
Must be my first time at the brewery.
Good to know it was tasty!
Fire-aged
100% Gin-no-Yume
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 14%.
Thanks for the encounter!
The aroma is to my liking, and the gentle sweet and sourness spreads softly and beautifully and is delicious!
The image of the sweet and sour type was warm and warm (?) It seemed to be a different type of sweet and sour!
I think it's my favorite recently: ❤️
I happened to notice it at the liquor store and bought it.
Cell 24 has a strong pineapple flavor.
It is sweeter and mellower than the other Cell 24, which I prefer!
