We tasted the sake at the Hanshin Department Store's event where Kochi breweries gathered, and they gave us explanations during the tasting the whole time.
◉Tosa Kinzo Junmai Sake
I've had the blue labeled special junmai Tosa Kinzo with deep sea yeast, but this was my first time. It has a clean rice acidity that is typical of junmai sake.
Junmai Ginjo Ito Nigiri
Fruity, sweet and delicious. It is as good as the last time I drank it.
The variety of sake here is very rich, with some of it being very Kochi-style.

I thought I saw someone I recognized next to him, but it was the manager of Asano Sake Shop in Umeda, who was helping out.
The manager? I said "Manager? He said he was the manager of Asano Sake Shop in Umeda.
I don't go to the store often and I've never talked to him 😅.

Junmai ginjo ito no okashi
Sake made with CEL-24. I've had it a few times and it has just the right amount of fruity and sweetness.
Tosa Kinzo Junmai Sake
The blue label we drank last year was a special junmai sake, and the red one was a junmai sake.
The red one is junmai sake. It tastes slightly spicy but not boring.
I am glad I was able to reconfirm the taste of Toyonou Ume 😊.
