Youthful, fresh aroma and sweetness spread out, with a pleasant aftertaste. The aroma and sweetness are more easily felt in a wine glass, which is my preference. The sharpness that is typical of Kunikon can be felt better in a glass or a sake cup.
Almost colorless and transparent. Fruity aroma reminiscent of lychee. The intensity of the aroma is medium. Fresh, juicy and relatively light on the palate. Medium aftertaste with light sweet and sourness and moderate astringency. Smoked sake.
Hello, I'm a new member of the board and I'm looking forward to your visit.
Thank you for drinking Hanazumi and Kunigon, a sake brewery in my hometown of Minamiaizu!
Today I took the day off work to have a lunchtime drink from hiking Mt. On the way home, I stopped by Koyama Shoten and bought Kunigon for the first time in a while. It is a special junmai sake made with Minamiaizu's Yume-no-Kou.
It has a fresh aroma like that of LaFrance. It has a smooth texture with a rich sweetness and umami flavor, and the final taste is very satisfying with the robustness that is typical of Kunigon.
By the way, it is amazing that Koyama Shoten is so crowded even during the daytime on weekdays.
Good morning, palm farmers 😃.
Hiking Mt. Takao and then having a lunchtime drink! I would love to do that 🥹and then go to Koyama Sake Amusement Park 🎡 even more awesome 🤗‼️
Good morning, Jay & Nobby. I really recommend Mt. Takao on a weekday. Takao Onsen (hot spring) was temporarily closed yesterday, so we couldn't go there. Koyama Shoten is truly an exciting place, just like an amusement park.
Drinking comparison at a sake party at a nearby bar.
The 8th brand, Kunigon.
Dry, fruity with strong acidity.
Fresh and pleasant to the palate. You can drink a lot of it.
The packet is cute.
Kunigon Sake Brewery's sake is my favorite.
Fresh and dry.
My favorite.
Junmai sake of Yume-no-Kou from Aizu.
This is the first light nigori sake from this brewery.
It is said to be the first light nigori sake at our brewery.
It is delicious!
Kokugon Ginjo Yamahai Junmai Fukunoka
Kunigon-san, which has not been served in a long time since Minami Aizu was awarded GI status.
It is brewed with "Fukunoka" sake rice developed by Fukushima Prefecture and "F7-01" yeast under the concept of "Yamahai" which tastes good even when cold.
I got a bottle of Kokugen!
The image on the label made me think it was dry. I thought it would be dry.
When I drank it, I found this!
Mellow aroma and umami! And just the right amount of sharpness!
Ummm, yummy!
I love it! Kunigon brewer! Please go out with me!
I'm getting drunk again today...
We compared Fukushima sake at the SAKANA FES held at Ogimachi Park.
The first one was Kunigon.
A cup of sake with a freshness and umami characteristic of nama-shu.
It was also very sharp and tasty!
