I drink it at home ♬♬🎶
I bought this because it was the liquor store's most recommended brand right now😊.
I bought this seasonal sake out of 3 kinds 😊 I think it is hiyayogoshi because of the time of the year.
The aroma is subdued, the sweetness is subdued, and it's slightly dry.
The temperature is not too hot and the subtle sweetness and umami are just right!
Good as a food sake 😊⭕️ and has a nice sharpness 😊.
Serve with homemade roast pork 😋.
It's a Tochigi sake 😊 Love Tochigi ❤️
Good evening, Mr. T.KISO.
The store where I bought this sake is a Hirotogawa store, but this time they recommended this sake 😅.
It went great with the roast pork 😊.
The fifth at Sushi Matsuura. This is the last one. Asahi Ei of Tochigi. I have never heard of this brand before. I have been to Tochigi dozens of times, but I had never heard of it...^^;.
It is an autumn sake with a somewhat calm impression. It doesn't say hiyaoroshi, but it was made in March and shipped now, so is it hiyaoroshi? 🤔 I wonder if it's still fresh?
I had previously had a special junmai at a tavern in Akabane and was impressed with the refreshing impression of this brand.
Junmai Ginjo is also cool and refreshing, with a cool minty taste.
Clean. Clean and crisp.
For cooking, refer to the recently released recipe book "Masahiro Kasahara's Japanese Cuisine is More Relaxed. for the recipe book.
White Japanese Marbo-Tofu.
Roasted pork belly and pumpkin with curry.
This is the first brand I have ever had!
Sake from the northern Kanto region is delicious without fail, so I have high expectations for this one as well.
It has a very simple dry taste.
It has a very simple dry taste, but you can taste the core flavor of rice, and it is the type of sake that you can drink deeply.
It is also perfect for a mealtime drink!
Hi Ryosuke 😃!
I am sure you can't go wrong with Tochigi sake 🍶, especially in the northern Kanto region. ‼️ Asahi Ei is a beautiful and delicious sake! It's a beautiful and delicious sake 😋.
