The same mild aroma, clean sweetness and umami of rice spread with a little acidity and a slight bitterness.
The overall impression is calm and well-balanced, and it goes well with meals, but is also refreshing and delicious on its own.
It went well with the various dishes served at Maru Restaurant, which we visited at the pre-opening.
It is believed to be 2023BY. The color is a little yellowish. At room temperature, it has a good umami and sharpness with a mild sense of maturity, and is delicious.

GW's trip to Tochigi
We had Asahi Sakae which we bought at Yodogawa Sake Shop which J&N told us about 😋.
The aroma is a little bit like a draft sake? 🤔It has a mild sweetness and gentle umami on the palate😊I soon got a strong acidity and it has a crisp and sharp taste😊I felt it was a pretty dry sake in my opinion👍✨.
Hi Maechen 😃
Oh! I see you went too Yodogawa 🤗 we went there yesterday 😄.
Sagara Sake Brewery is one of the few breweries in Northern Kanto with a female toji and we want to support them ‼️
Jay & Nobby, good evening 🌃🌛I would go there if you told me 😊Yodogawa Sake Brewery had a fridge, refrigerated room and lots of sake 🤩This brewery is owned by a female master brewer. I'm learning a lot 🫡.
I found fresh aromas of melon, blue banana, and muscat. There was also a yogurt-like aroma and alcoholiness that was somewhat classic. In addition to the sweetness and rice flavor, I detected a bit of bitterness and acidity in the second half. It was a treat!
Introduced Ponville to an acquaintance.
The aroma is gorgeous.
Young and fruity on the palate, though,
The acidity is surprisingly crisp and dry.
