Masaaki Sapporo
9 points (Wife: 8.5 points)
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Yamadanishiki produced in Hirado and other non-Hirano rice used
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol percentage: 15
Purchased from: Gift from a relative in Nagasaki
Shupon when opening the bottle
The gasiness is not so bad.
Slightly muscat and grape-like on the top.
The same mild but fruity aroma as on the top, the soft umami and sweetness of rice spread with a lactic acidity and a slight gasiness, leaving a lingering sweetness of rice and a slight bitterness that finishes quickly and smoothly.
It has been sitting in the refrigerator for a while, but it is mild, fresh, well-balanced, and goes well with meals, and of course, is delicious on its own.
After returning from a beer garden with a friend and his wife in Fukuoka, we had a drink with them!
It went well with the fresh soba noodles we got as a gift!

Hi Masaaki Sapporo 🌻.
It's a Nagasaki limited edition of Hiran 😊.
It's not too sweet and well-balanced, with just the right amount of umami and bitterness, so it's perfect for soba noodles ✨.

Hi, Chirsta 😃Flylan Classic, despite the name, is modern, but also low-acid and versatile 😋I wish it was available everywhere 🍶.
