I didn't really know Asahi Ei was Tochigi sake.
I'll have to keep that in mind.
extensive knowledge
Rice / Asahi no Yume
Rice polishing ratio/60
Alcohol content/16
The aroma is mild, with a moderate sweetness that spreads on the palate and quickly clears up! Very refreshing and extremely tasty!
It is good both chilled and heated! I want to drink it again!
Thin and cloudy.
It seems to have a strong flavor, but it has a sharp taste.
but it also has a sharpness.
It is a well-balanced sake that you can enjoy drinking.
Continued, forgettable.
Asahi Sakae is brewed by Sagara Shuzo in Iwafune, Tochigi City, southwestern Tochigi Prefecture.
This is also my first time.
It is not easy to find a local brewery, but I had checked it out since it was introduced on YouTube by Mimasu Sake Brewery.
It was produced in March 2024 and has an alcohol content of 16%.
The rice polishing ratio is 55%.
The aroma upon opening the bottle is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it is light, yet thick and smooth.
A smooth sweetness spreads in the mouth at first, but the overall impression is one of bitterness.
The lingering aroma remains and has a pleasant sharpness.
When tasted on its own, the bitterness is a bit strong.
As a food sake, the bitterness is not so bothersome.
Hello, Daddy Takel 😃.
Congratulations on your first Asahi Ei san ㊗️ 🎉!
It's a delicious sake 😋I'm glad to hear it was featured on YouTube 😄.
Let's show our love for Tochigi 🥰😆.
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby 😊.
This is a great opportunity for me to try some 🍶 from a local brewery in Tochigi 🥰.
Your introductions are also helpful.
I got it on a trip to Nasu🍶 This is the first time I have had Asahi Sakae.
Fruity aroma of muscat, slight greenness in the gentle sweetness and acidity, clear throat and sharpness. It is refreshing but has a strong alcohol taste. I will enjoy it with a little fatty sashimi👍🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟.
Hi Yuki 😃
Congratulations on your first Asahi Ei-san ㊗️ 🎉You got a good souvenir 🤗.
I'm sure you'll love the combination of fatty sashimi and Asahi Sakae! It's a definite combination 😙.
Hi Jay & Nobby! Thank you for your message...

We had a great time chatting.
I've had a drink at Asahi Ei several times, but this is the best place I've ever had a drink.
but the one I had here was the best I've ever tasted.
I felt it was the most delicious one I've ever had.
No wonder 🤭!
It was poured by the master brewer 😆🙌
And next!

I said, "The portrait on the label is of your predecessor, isn't it?"
I told him
Yes, that's right😄.
You can meet him if you come visit us at the brewery.
I'm working fine.
