I've been wondering about "Gassan" for a while now!
Izumo this time...
This is delicious!
Sweet and savory spaghetti!
Yes..! I love it myself!
After drinking "Miharu Gomangoku" recently, sake rice "Gohyakumangoku" is my favorite! ←Kitashizuku and Ihyakumangoku are my current favorites!
Ah, delicious!
It's a good weekend, wow! Masaaki Sapporo9 points (Wife 9 points)

When opening the bottle, there is almost no gas feeling.
Almost no gas
Melon or pineapple yogurt-like top-up
The same fruity aroma, soft sweetness, and rice flavor as on the top rise, spreads with lactic acidity, and is quickly quenched with a little alcohol spiciness and bitterness.
The aroma is not so strong and smooth overall, and the refreshing acidity and the dryness of the alcohol that rises from the middle of the bottle make it refreshing and well-balanced, and you will not feel that it is 17 degrees Celsius.
It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
In addition, the price is 1,500 yen (tax included) for 720ml. It is one of the best in its class in terms of cost performance.
It went well with simmered raw hokke and a recipe from Remi Hirano's "The Best Restaurant of My Life" broadcast the other day (beef tomato). The beef tomatoes went well with rice, but I changed it to pasta in a hurry and it was even better.
Otoko Ume Sour: Japanese umami with a slight aroma of rice malt, but not so much sake as a combination of pickled plums and sake.
It went well with Sara Udon. ぶんずIt's starting to snow today.
I found this bottle at a liquor store.
"The Sea of Silence."
At first, I thought it was a little sweet sake
I thought it was a little sweet sake.
But it gradually soaked in.
The softness and beauty on the palate.
It is a perfect bottle for this season!

Moderate gassiness
It has a gorgeous pineapple-like top end.
The same fruity aroma, full sweetness, and soft rice flavor as the first sip, spreading piquantly with a moderate acidity, and then quickly fading away with a slight bitterness, leaving behind a sweet and sour aroma.
It is rather gorgeous, but the balance of sweetness and acidity makes it refreshing to drink, and it goes well with a meal or on its own.
It went well with my wife's hamburger steak (100% beef).
It was subtle with BASUQ's Strawberry Lena (Yanagizuki), sweet acid x sweet acid.
It went well with octopus carpaccio and yellowtail ara. It also matched well with tuna sashimi. 千鳥足Good evening, M.S!
I always shy away from Kameizumi (CEL-24), but I didn't realize it was paired with your wife's special hamburger steak at Yatan No. 1: ❣️
I would like to try it 😋.
I would love to know your recipe for seasonings, fat content and connectors 😊🙏. pyonpyonGood evening😃😃You are in agreement with your wife's evaluation of sake 😃I always have the impression that she is more strict 😅I guess it is the difference between men's and women's tastes ⁉️I had an image that Kochi sake goes well with sashimi but ‼️ I'll try it too 😆. Masaaki SapporoHi T, Good evening! Only ground beef and onions, the only fat is olive oil when baking. The basting is bread soaked in milk, whole eggs, and the seasoning is the trendy Maxim's Natural Spice. The sauce is a Japonais sauce for the gravy. It is a meaty texture! Masaaki SapporoGood evening, pyonpyon! Maybe I am naive in my evaluation (lol). Unlike Drunken Whale and Funaka Hassaku, which I drank before, this wine is delicious, with a sweet and sour, modern-leaning taste. I don't know if it goes well with sashimi, but I think I can handle it. pyonpyon( ****) I can handle it, mostly ❗ Also, I was wondering about the Kibun branding on the back: ‼️ Masaaki Sapporopyonpyon-san Sake is easy to match with sake. lol I have a spot on my homemade wall... I just put a coat of oil stainless steel on it and put it there. lol 千鳥足Thank you for your kind attention 😃.
I will consult with my butcher about the grind 😍.
So it's all eggs ✨maximum! 👍
I wonder if the sauce should be put together with acid 💕🤤.
Really, it looks great with hamburger 😋👍. 千鳥足Mr. pyonpyon ❣️
Nice tsk 🤣.
I was wondering about Kibun as well 🙈.
I guess it means you're in a good mood (Kibun) ☺️ Masaaki Sapporo8 points (wife: 7.5 points)

Suddenly, the bottle is opened.
Moderate gassiness
Fruity and sweet with a slight top note
Fruity aroma like plums, full sweetness, and rice flavor spreads, and it finishes quickly with a hint of acidity and bitterness.
It is sweet, but the bitterness harmonizes the sweetness, giving it a soft impression, and it can be served as a mid-meal drink or on its own.
It went well with seared seasoned Genghis Khan, egg omelet, grilled hiratake mushrooms with ponzu sauce, and tofu and lettuce salad.
The cherry bonsai is now completely leafed out, but it looks like it could make cherries! 雅Masaaki Sapporo, nice to meet you😄
Thank you very much for all the handsome comments 🤗I have not had winter moon yet, but it is very helpful 👍I will buy it when I see it 😆👍. Masaaki SapporoMasa-san Thank you for your continued support! Comments are subjective and for memorandum purposes, so I cannot be held responsible for them, but if that's OK with you, lol... ぶんずThe taste of grapefruit comes at the first shot.
It is smooth, a little sweet, and has no peculiar taste.
I think it is a good liquor.
It has a nice light mouthfeel.
thanks Hayasaka Shoten(Sapporo) いずみーIt has sweetness in the acidity, and a hint of gas... It's like a white wine, so I had it with cheese. It's delicious ^_^. いずみーSake like sake, easy to drink ^_^. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
