Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

Japanese sake party with a wild rice cake! A toast to the local sake brought by my friend👍. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity 😆. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma 🐎. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store 🐟. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it 🦀 🦀 🦀 🦀. September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. It is light and dry, and goes well with fish. 300ml is not enough for me, but But since I drank it two days in a row I'll leave it at that...(´ω・;)

The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable! On the day of opening the bottle, it had a neutral impression. Rather than the Tainai-san type that washes down as a food sake. I thought it was the type to stay close to you. From the second day onwards, the flavors come together and the sharpness from the sweetness is noticeable. It was delicious even when drunk on its own.

This is a dry sake from Kamekichi🐢. It's a sake that is consumed almost exclusively in Aomori prefecture, especially in the Tsugaru region. I don't think chika-san drinks it... 😌. The first aroma is softly sweet. In the mouth, the sweetness is subdued, but the umami is well expressed and it has a beautiful dry taste typical of Aomori sake. Although it is dry, it has the same umami as the Tamadaru Junmai Namaisake from the same brewery that I drank in early spring 😊. It is a legitimate food sake with enough umami to not interfere with the meal, just like the previous Sakuta. It was delicious 🐢✨️

After drinking Shikishima about a month ago, I became interested in Fukumochi Sake Brewery (Tenga Nishiki) who helped me with Shikishima Sake Brewery! I looked up where they sold it and was surprised to find a special distributor near me 😲. I ended up buying three different kinds! It's like a muscat with a standing aroma! The first sip gives the impression of being rich, but the mouthfeel is clear. I didn't taste much sweetness. The rich taste is followed by the umami of the rice, which is also heavy and robust. There is a slight alcohol aftertaste. The bitterness is also moderate~! If I have a chance, I'd like to try the raw sake.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads.
