Sake from Sakai Sake Brewery in Gotohashi 300ml fizzy Sweet and sour💕. More of a sour than sweet 😆. But the fizz is really strong. The balance between the sourness and the acidity was so good! It was so delicious ⤴️⤴️! I want to buy this again for a quick drink when I find it💕.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass! Sweet and sour from the aroma Tastes like plum wine Slightly sticky texture A little sweet but not too sweet Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide But still sweet 😃. Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago Champagne split today 🤣. Half and half Pour in a 1:1 ratio Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉. Makes it less sweet. Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔.

It is a sake from Mori Sake Brewery, which brews my personal favorite, Hiran, and I was hoping to have a connection with them when I decided to go on a trip to Nagasaki, so I was very happy to be able to purchase it as a souvenir. You might want to be careful at the Huis Ten Bosch store, as there was quite a mix of different dates of manufacture.

I bought this one quite a while ago when someone at work recommended it to me. This is not sake! LOL! It is carbonated, sweet and easy to drink. Toyokuni Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki Nama-Nagara Sake Toyokuni is famous for its "Ippou-self" (Higashi) from Ishikawa County, and Toyokuni from Aizu, Kawanuma County, where we will drink this time. I found out that there are two Toyokuni Shuzo Goshi companies with the same name. The brewer here told me that they no longer have to indicate the year of production. He told me that this brewery is identified by its own production number, NP-23C, where NP is not known, but 23 is the year 2023, and C is March, since the months go up alphabetically from A to January. I bought a bottle of March released Nama sake in November 😁. I drink it cold. The color is light for an aged sake, just enough yellow to be discernible. The aroma is sweet and mature, like burnt caramel. It also has a honey-like flavor. The mouthfeel is surprisingly light, and the flavor has the extremes of sweetness and nuttiness that are typical of a matured wine. This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. Just like the label on the back, this sake has a lot of flavor, but it's not heavy. Even though it was nigori, it didn't feel sloppy. It was an easy to drink sake.
