Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity ๐Ÿ˜†. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma ๐ŸŽ. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store ๐ŸŸ. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€. This is my first bottle of "Ishichi" Asahi rice, one of the brands that got me into the sake swamp. It has a nutty, savory, full-bodied flavor with a strong impression of rice sweetness rather than a fruity sweetness ๐Ÿคค. I knew it! Great cosmetics too ๐Ÿ˜†.

It's my first time to try a special junmai ๐Ÿ˜ณ. It has a mild aroma, but when you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the umami. It's a great sake with a great price ๐Ÿ˜†.

Made from 100% Okayama Omachi The aroma is clean, but the structure is rather firm. Slight acidity and well-balanced rice flavor Not too sparkling, but enough to drink every day. It has a beautiful taste that makes you want to close your eyes and soak in the aftertaste.

While on a business trip, I found a liquor store and bought it. I had to drink Omachi when I came to Okayama๐Ÿถ. It has an elegant aroma, a harmony of umami and sweetness, and a crispness that allows you to fully enjoy Omachi. I served it with millet dumplings.
