After the decisive battle in Sekigahara, we were allowed to taste the nigorigo (a sweet sake).
It was sweeter and tastier than Shirakawa-go, which I had drunk in the past.
The sales clerk said it would be delicious as a sorbet.
The only problem is that it has to be frozen 🤔.
I've been looking at the website and they have a 300ml bottle so I'm wondering if this one will fit in there.
