Omachi rice + Hakuto yeast used Junmai sake produced by the TAKEO 20 Project, a collaboration of agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students, using specially cultivated Omachi rice from Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City. The label looks modern! This one is definitely fruity ๐Ÿ˜†. Fruity sweet and sour Light and easy to drink Hiruzen style yakisoba noodles and umaumaumauma ๐ŸŽ. I bought a lot of kamaboko at Sakaiminato because they are easy to carry and store ๐ŸŸ. The crab has a very interesting shape and I can't stop smiling just looking at it ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€ ๐Ÿฆ€. This is my first bottle of "Ishichi" Asahi rice, one of the brands that got me into the sake swamp. It has a nutty, savory, full-bodied flavor with a strong impression of rice sweetness rather than a fruity sweetness ๐Ÿคค. I knew it! Great cosmetics too ๐Ÿ˜†.

It's my first time to try a special junmai ๐Ÿ˜ณ. It has a mild aroma, but when you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the umami. It's a great sake with a great price ๐Ÿ˜†.

While on a business trip, I found a liquor store and bought it. I had to drink Omachi when I came to Okayama๐Ÿถ. It has an elegant aroma, a harmony of umami and sweetness, and a crispness that allows you to fully enjoy Omachi. I served it with millet dumplings.

Omachi sake produced in Okayama. Purchased at a liquor store near Okayama Station on a business trip. I bought it without any prior information. The label reads "Since 1716. It seems that this sake brewery has been in business for over 300 years. On the third day, the aroma and taste suddenly changed, and a gorgeous flavor opened up in the mouth. It is very tasty, with a strong rice flavor and a gentle sweetness at the same time. I found a good sake in Okayama.
