This is a dry sake from Kamekichi🐢.
It's a sake that is consumed almost exclusively in Aomori prefecture, especially in the Tsugaru region.
I don't think chika-san drinks it... 😌.
The first aroma is softly sweet.
In the mouth, the sweetness is subdued, but the umami is well expressed and it has a beautiful dry taste typical of Aomori sake.
Although it is dry, it has the same umami as the Tamadaru Junmai Namaisake from the same brewery that I drank in early spring 😊.
It is a legitimate food sake with enough umami to not interfere with the meal, just like the previous Sakuta.
It was delicious 🐢✨️
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌃
It is sold very often in the vicinity of Aomori City, and I feel that it is the sake I see most often. I would like to try it.
Good evening, Mr. Kab🍶.
I found out that this brewery is a regular winner of the gold medal at the Aomori New Sake Competition. I thought it was a good sake with a distinctive flavor.
Next year I'm thinking of ordering all the varieties including the other brand, Tamadaru 😊.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san!
I can't quite explain why, but personally, I feel that Kameyoshi is the best match when eaten with a hot oden pot! Try it when it gets cold!

We had a great time at the pre-business season rally 😊.
The food was gorgeous as the newcomers who joined this year did an excellent job of buying 😏👍✨✨.
The dry sake was great, but then the members 🍶 of the group were also strong 🤣🍶 so Kamekichi haze 🤣🍶.
This sake is made by Nakamura Kamekichi Co. in Kuroishi City, Aomori Prefecture, founded in 1913. It appears to be a sake that is consumed mainly locally. The taste of the sake was mellow. We had it at the famous standing bar, Hatenara-san, in the New Shinbashi Building. The sashimi was delicious, so I am including it here as well.
Local sake served at the ryokan where we stayed. It is nice to be able to enjoy a variety of local sake from the place you are traveling. ☺️
The aroma is of rice and alcohol, typical of sake. It has a refreshing taste on the palate, with a surprisingly fruity aroma and sweetness in the middle!
Then the spiciness and alcohol spread to the aftertaste. A little regrettable! It was a little too close to call.

Aomori Prefecture Booth ③.
Nakamura Kamekichi Corporation is located in Kuroishi City. This is a brewery that I had never heard of, as Tsugaru's local sake is relatively rare in other prefectures. Representative brands are Kamekichi and Tamadare.
◉Kamekichi Special Junmai Dry Sake
The standard, mildly umami taste, with a clean finish that is not too assertive. It is not too spicy.
◉Kamekichi Junmai Ginjo
Slightly sweet aroma, sweet and sour aftertaste, with a slight yoghurt-like acidity.
The label makes it sound like a shochu, but it is a very tasty sake.
☆
It is consumed mainly in the Tsugaru area of the prefecture.

When I search the internet, I see the word "bitterness" everywhere.
word comes up I want to feel it 🍶´-.
5 year old sake (matured sake) old sake.
When I drink it cold, the bitterness and pungency hit me at first.
When I heated it up, the bitterness didn't disappear and sweetness came out 🤔.
Maybe I prefer it cold 💕
It was so delicious!
I want to drink fresh sake too 🍀. *

My first Aomori sake.
The brewery is located in the old town of Kuroishi City, which we reached after visiting Lake Towada and Oirase.
The brewery is a magnificent structure and was the location for the historical drama "Inochi" (Life), with pictures of a young Yoshiko Mita and the late Toru Watanabe.
The taste is soft and gentle.
Maybe the water is different?
Although the sake is labeled as a dry sake, it is not that dry, and it is delicious with a sweet taste.
It seems that it could be a little more well-known and popular.
Hello chika-san.
I see that you were in Aomori after all.
I was wondering if the icon was a nebuta? I was wondering if it was Nebuta.
Kuroishi is a nice place with a calm atmosphere.
Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki.
Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir.
The aroma is wonderful.
The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness.
It is not too strong in character, so it can be drunk as a mid-meal sake and will not interfere with a meal.
It is a good match with light snacks such as yakko, since it was completely defeated when drunk with Akita's Iburi Gakko.
