Buy at the warehouse 1635 yen / 720ml My first Aomori sake. The brewery is located in the old town of Kuroishi City, which we reached after visiting Lake Towada and Oirase. The brewery is a magnificent structure and was the location for the historical drama "Inochi" (Life), with pictures of a young Yoshiko Mita and the late Toru Watanabe. The taste is soft and gentle. Maybe the water is different? Although the sake is labeled as a dry sake, it is not that dry, and it is delicious with a sweet taste. It seems that it could be a little more well-known and popular.

Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness. It is not too strong in character, so it can be drunk as a mid-meal sake and will not interfere with a meal. It is a good match with light snacks such as yakko, since it was completely defeated when drunk with Akita's Iburi Gakko.

It's Adohadari in Kamekichi 🐢. Please ask chika what "Ado Hadari" means 😊 lol The top aroma is slightly fruity. In the mouth it has a rich, juicy sweetness and a full-bodied flavor for an Aomori sake. A must have for those who love Nama sake 😋. I've only had Kamekichi's sharp junmai sake, so I was disappointed in a good way. It was delicious 🐢✨️

Clear Classic Mild aroma. The crisp mouthfeel opens up to a classic, ripe, sweet flavor. After that, it turns to transparency and is smooth and crisp. The first half of the sake is heavy, but the sharpness of the second half makes it a perfect match for a cup of sake. Serve with sake-kasu-jiru (sake lees soup). It will warm you up. A very good wine.

The soft brewing water is typical of Aomori, and it is smooth on the palate and goes in smoothly. It is not very sweet, but it is mellow and has no harshness like ski Masamune. It also has a sharp and clean aftertaste. Kuroishi Kameyoshi is delicious, so it should sell well. Thank you again for your kindness tonight.
