The mouthfeel is never harsh. However, it soon develops a mellow, gentle feeling. After a little sweet aroma of rice, the spiciness rushes in and gives you the sensation of being hit hard. After that, you feel a bitterness for a while, but it is a light spicy sake that is not too heavy. I wonder if it is called "light and dry"? Thank you again for the sake tonight.
I drank a special junmai in Aomori and enjoyed it, so I bought a junmai ginjo as a souvenir. It is a little dry and mild. It is delicious with a hint of koji malt.

I go to a beer shop run by a master from Aomori.
I don't know why, but I'm drinking sake. The master said he brought it back from his parents' house.
Hey, hey, hey. You're going to commercialize that?
I hope it tastes good.
It's a dry sake with a refreshing taste.

Towadako, Sannai-Maruyama, Wallace, Seikan Liaison Boat...just like my previous trip to Aomori🤣.
But they are all worth seeing👍
The only thing I didn't get to try was the milk ramen 😅.
Manachy, good evening 🌇.
You're in the countryside of Manacchi, right?
I've never seen Kameyoshi before.
I've never seen Kameyoshi before, but I was told it was the PB of the izakaya (Japanese pub) I went into.
I was told it was a PB from the izakaya🏮 I entered and it was delicious ☺️
Good evening, T.KISO!
When I made a plan, there were many places I wanted to visit.
I had a lot of fun, but I ate and drank a little too much,
I was a little tired from eating and drinking too much😅.
I was a little tired😅.
Milk ramen was delicious ❗️
Good evening, Pon-chan 🌆.
It was not yet cold in Aomori and the weather was fair.
I enjoyed it here and there.
Please look forward to the second half 😊.

The brewery is located on "Kuroishi Komise Street" and was closed when we visited. However, both of the all-inclusive hotels we stayed at during our trip to Tsugaru had Kameyoshi. It is a local sake that is loved by the locals from the very beginning👍.
It is the perfect sake to go with any Tsugaru ryokan cuisine. It has a pleasant, full-bodied, medium-bodied mouthfeel and is really easy to pair with food. I tried it at room temperature, warmed up, and on the rocks, and I recommend "at room temperature for Japanese food" and "on the rocks for Japanese/Western cuisine. ❣️
The "Bonchi-age" I happened to have after dinner and the Kameyoshi on the rocks was quite a marriage 😳.
It's not fancy, but a very satisfying local sake in a humble way. Thanks for the treat 😋.
Purchased at a supermarket in Aomori Prefecture. I happened to be in Kuroishi City and came across a festival called "Kuroishi Yosare"! I bought it because it was sake from a brewery that was located at the festival site!
It has a mild flavor without much aroma. It was more like a daiginjo with alkaloids than a junmai ginjo. It is a classic sake that is not too assertive as a food sake.
