After drinking Shikishima about a month ago, I became interested in Fukumochi Sake Brewery (Tenga Nishiki) who helped me with Shikishima Sake Brewery!
I looked up where they sold it and was surprised to find a special distributor near me 😲.
I ended up buying three different kinds!
It's like a muscat with a standing aroma!
The first sip gives the impression of being rich, but the mouthfeel is clear.
I didn't taste much sweetness.
The rich taste is followed by the umami of the rice, which is also heavy and robust.
There is a slight alcohol aftertaste.
The bitterness is also moderate~!
If I have a chance, I'd like to try the raw sake.
