After leaving the first restaurant with my drinking buddy, I followed him to a restaurant he wanted to try. He told me that last time he couldn't get in because the restaurant was full. This time, after a short wait, they were able to get in. It's a small place run by a couple, but the atmosphere is stylish and young. They recommended heated sake, so I tried my first brand. It was delicious, with a gentle flavor.

Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK
A lady was coming out in front of the booth 😄.
I looked over and saw a set of hot sake on the table ♨️
She said heated sake is the main attraction 😆.
While asking for heated sake, I first had a little cold 🧊.
Slightly acidic. Strong mouthfeel 😤.
Finally, I get a heated ♨️.
The acidity has disappeared and the mouthfeel is mellow and creamy. It was creamy. You can feel the sake spreading in your mouth 😊.
Certainly the sake is more appealing when heated 🥰.
This time it is Rumiko's special junmai aged sake H29BY.
This sake is made with Ise-Nishiki and No. 9 yeast.
Ise-Nishiki is the oldest remaining sake rice, and is said to have a lineage that extends all the way back to Yamada-Nishiki.
First at room temperature.
Sake with a soft yellowish color.
In the aging process, it has a soft sweet and savory aroma with an earthy flavor.
Am I the only one who can sense the abundant harvest of rice just from the aroma?
From a very mellow mouthfeel, the sweet and savory flavor of gently roasted rice flows smoothly. The latter half of the taste is broken by acidity and bitterness, leaving a light aftertaste of sweetness from the rice.
And when served warmed,
The comforting sensation of gently unraveling with the soft and fluffy rice broth feeling. Happiness 😊.
I met Rumiko at an event and was impressed by her powerful and agile hospitality!
I will never forget the way she spoke passionately about sake and sake rice.
I will never forget how passionately she talked about sake and sake rice.
Good evening Peco-san 🍶.
Rumiko heated up the sake for me at last year's sake go-around 😊.
There was an old guy next to me who follows Rumiko-san and he told me that he goes to see (drink?) Rumiko-san whenever there is an event 😆. He told me that he goes there whenever there is an event 😆.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san. Rumiko's heated sake is delicious, and her flexibility in responding to customers' requests is wonderful. I wish I had gotten his autograph on my bottle too.
Good evening, Hirupeko 😃.
When I see these drunken encounters, I realize that sake is brewed by people ☺️ I would love to meet the powerful Rumiko 😊.
I saw you on instagram as well and you seemed to be having a great time😄.
Hi Aladdin-san. Like Rumiko, it tastes even better when you can hear directly from the brewery about the love they put into making the sake💕The event is a lot of work, but also worthwhile 😊.
Hi Peco 🐦.
Thank you for the event 😊I can see that you had a great time despite the hard work 😆🎶I'm sure your view of the brewery's sake will change if you hear about it in person! I'd love to meet him😻
Good evening, Pon-chan. I would like to invite you to meet Rumiko-san, and I would like you to meet sakekasu and shio koji, which are also very delicious! I am so thankful for the special opportunities that I have been given 😊.
The spiciness is felt from the moment it enters the mouth to the moment it goes down the throat.
It has a strong flavor, but it is not heavy, so it is easy to drink.
A light drink that can be served as an aperitif or with appetizers. I wondered where I had seen the design before, but it was donated by the author of Natsuko's Sake.
