Rumiko's Sake Special Junmai No.6 Yeast
Rating 4.4-4.5
Rice: Yamadanishiki from Mie Prefecture (25% used), Hiroshima Hachitanishiki (75% milled rice), 60% milled rice ratio, Yeast: Association No. 6, Alcohol: 15%, Sake: +8, Acidity: 1.4, Amino Acidity: 0.8
Delicious and refreshing. It has a clear, fresh aroma and a refreshing taste. The umami flavor is wrapped by a beautiful acidity, keeping the taste tight. It is well-balanced from chilled to room temperature, and its beautiful umami can be enjoyed even when lukewarm.
It is also relatively refreshing when heated. It has a slightly sweet and slightly umami flavor.
The palate is fruity, spicy but delicious.
I also bought sakekasu with it.
Here is the description.
Made with Ise-Nishiki from Iga and Yamadanishiki from Awa,
The yeast used is Association No. 9. In the mouth, it has a mild aroma and freshness derived from the rice, a firm acidity, and a voluptuous umami flavor with an excellent finish!
This fresh sake is bottled as it comes out of the tank. It is named "Suppin" because it is a pure rice sake with no filtration, no carbon, no additives, and no added water.
I had known about "Rumiko's Sake" for a long time, but had never purchased it. However, someone at work had asked me to try it when I found it, and this time I happened to find it while touring a liquor store, so I bought it!
I opened the bottle to see what it was like!
The aroma is almost zero. When you put it in your mouth, it has an easy-to-drink, non-habitual flavor. It is not particularly refreshing, but there is no harsh rice taste, and it is easy to drink. If it's like this in the fall, I wonder what the new sake will be like?
I'm curious to know.
The 5th Shinmame Festival The 5th Kami Ongaku Mie Shinshu Festival ㊸
Rumiko-san was there and heated up the sake. Female toji-san was also there, but I always see Rumiko-san at every event and always think she is a vital person.
Rumiko's Sake: Tokujun Activated Nigori Unrefined Nama Sake
Unrefined, unfiltered, and served warm. Creamy and slightly dry. The whole time I was there, there were people around me yelling "yabai yabai" and getting really excited.
Rumiko's Sake Junmai Sake Kubinokami
A limited edition from Morishita Sake Shop. Made with rice from Mie, Knot no Kami. Also warmed up. It's so good when it's heated up.
Rumiko-san told me she thought I was a real manzai (comic storyteller)...
I was happy to see Rumiko at the end and went back to the base camp of the group I was mixed with, but there were more people I didn't know🤣I had time to catch the train, so we talked a bit before leaving.
I walked to the station and was about to take the train, but the first express was full and I had to wait for an hour... I also got off at the wrong station on the way and it was midnight when I reached home, but it was a fun drinking experience 😆.
Good evening, Nemuchi-san. Where is the end of the New Sake Festival? I enjoyed reading this article while wondering where the New Sake Festival ends. I'm glad you could make it home by train just in time to see the date go by 👍Good trip 😊.
Hi Hirupeko, good evening. 🌜️ It was great to talk with Rumiko and Mr. Touji for the first time 😆 I was tongue-tied at the end 🤣 It was a tough ride home, but it was a fun first sake event to attend 😊.
