Recommended to be heated! When served cold, it has a sticky sweetness and a peculiar taste. When warmed, the stickiness disappears and it is easy to drink and enjoy the soft sweetness.
I opened the fourth bottle I bought at Ise today.
The first sip showed little sweetness and a touch of astringency.
When you roll it around on your tongue, you can taste some grape-like sweetness.
The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
It tastes good if you drink it slowly.
Delicious ‼️
Special Junmai brewed with #6 yeast 🍶.
It's a bit surprisingly tasty 😳
I love the gentle acidity and umami 😍.
Delicious with a lingering sweetness at the end 🤤.
I bought it on impulse after a recommendation from the owner of a certain liquor store and it was a winner 😋❣️
I'm sure I'll be buying another bottle 🥰.
I should have bought another bottle 😱.
I've been busy with work for a while and my posts have been piling up😅.
Even though I've been busy, I didn't give up drinking sake, so I'm going to post a record of that 😚.
I didn't read the warning carefully and opened the cap normally.
Then the bubbles started coming out from the bottom of ........., and they came up to the ori which had accumulated at the bottom 😝.
I closed the cap thinking that it would overflow if I didn't.... It was a little late for that.
Then, after a while, I loosened the cap, and the surface of the water instantly rose to the top.
I thought it would overflow 😅.
After about 10 minutes of tightening and loosening it, it settled down.
Bon appétit☺️
Cloudy white color, smells like weak sweet sake.
It has a very fine shuwa shuwa. Then, it tastes like a spicy, crisp, light, and sweet amazake without sweetness.
It was ooey-gooey, and the bitterness spread to the upper jaw before it snapped away.
A strange feeling. Completely cloudy, yet refreshing 😋.
Sake we got today 🍶.
Rumiko in Autumn
(Junmai sake Rumiko's sake Ise Nishiki Akiagari)
Moriki Sake Brewery (Mie)
Respected female master brewer
Aki-agari made by Rumiko
I bought it in September and let it sit in my closet for about two and a half months.
I let it sit in the closet for about two and a half months
Now it's time to open the bottle!
I wondered how the aroma would be since it had been sitting in the closet for so long.
I wondered how the aroma would be..,
But thanks to the use of Kumamoto yeast
It has a gorgeous aroma!
You can drink just from the aroma alone.
The longer it sits, the rounder it becomes.
It's mellowed out and has a mild taste.
I paired it with a curry pot with soup stock.
Sweat and sake go together.
As expected of Rumiko-san!
