Rumiko's Sake: Tokujun Activated Nigori Unrefined Nama Sake
Unrefined, unfiltered, and served warm. Creamy and slightly dry. The whole time I was there, there were people around me yelling "yabai yabai" and getting really excited.

A limited edition from Morishita Sake Shop. Made with rice from Mie, Knot no Kami. Also warmed up. It's so good when it's heated up.

I was happy to see Rumiko at the end and went back to the base camp of the group I was mixed with, but there were more people I didn't know🤣I had time to catch the train, so we talked a bit before leaving.
I walked to the station and was about to take the train, but the first express was full and I had to wait for an hour... I also got off at the wrong station on the way and it was midnight when I reached home, but it was a fun drinking experience 😆.
I used to love "Natsuko's Sake," a TV drama based on the manga on which this sake was modeled, and I had always thought the job of toji (chief brewer) was a good one.
The sake was moderately heated and soaked into my cold body. It was mellow and easy to drink. I would like to try it cold next time.

75% Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture is used.

I haven't read Natsuko's sake properly, and I'll read it next time. It's paired with Spanish mackerel marinated in saikyo miso for dinner: ☺️
The aroma is mild, almost scentless. The taste is a clear, transparent sake with moderate acidity and a soft sweetness of rice. It is a perfect match for a meal with its crisp and dry aftertaste while maintaining a smooth harmony when paired with Spanish mackerel in a position where it does not disturb the meal.
