Pilgrimage to the Holy Land ✨ from

We decided to head to Gonda Sake Brewery, which we met at last year's Sake Fair.
Gonda Sake Brewery, which we met at last year's Sake Fair 😊.
It takes over an hour from here,
I've been wanting to go there for a long time.
Dora said, "Let's go there! And 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
Naomi bought a small bottle (special pure) at the roadside station last week and drank it.
Naozane bought a small bottle (Tokujun) at the roadside station last week and drank it, but we headed to the brewery with high hopes of tasting something... 😙♪
When we arrived, we were greeted by the son of the master brewer (his eldest son).
He was kind and courteous 😊.
(I think it was the second son we met at the sake fair)
We tasted all the current "Naozane" (8 kinds) and
We also asked for a honey ume sake.
We were allowed to drink it 😋.
I think I drank about as much as a bottle of Sandesi
I drank about a bottle of Sandesi 🤣.
They also went out of their way to fetch water for the brewing process (a green bottle) and we drank a lot of it 😆.
And then the mother served us homemade snacks....
I was very impressed with the taste 🥹.
I bought the first ginjo and the honey plum wine 🍯😊.
I will definitely come back 👋😄👋
After Gonda, we stopped by Hashimoto Shoten,
Then we headed home 🚙.
The end
I've been trying sake from various places little by little for a year, because I'm a "downer" and can hardly drink, but I love the taste of sake.
As soon as I put this sake in my mouth, I could feel the difference: "This sake is different from Junmai sake.
It's sweet but the alcohol comes out strongly.
I think this is how I gradually come to know what taste I like.

Before going to the Toyo Bijin tasting
Dora-chan said there was a place she wanted to go.
Roadside station Ogawamachi
Dora-chan said there was a place she wanted to go!
She wanted to try the "Mitarashiketsuspi" she saw on TV
She wanted to try it 🤭🍠.
I love sweet potatoes too, so I'm looking forward to it 🍠.
When I arrived at the store, it was so crowded💦.
There were lines everywhere 😳.
There were more than 20 people in line for Mitarashikenpi too 😵.
Wow 〰︎ another line...
(because of yesterday's Yanagimachi 😅)
But I'm relieved to see it's going smoothly 😮💨
Next to them, I heard a voice saying "Mitarashi Toro Dango is freshly made! I thought it sounded delicious ♡ and bought one too 🤣.
I bought this one too 🤣.
I wanted to buy all kinds of things when I looked around the store... and there were many tastings 😋.
There is also a local sake corner 🍶.
I was so happy to see a sake shop that I had a connection with at last year's Sake Fair.
I found "Naozane" by Gonda Sake Brewery 💡, which I had a connection with at last year's Sake Fair.
I brought a small bottle with me: ❣️
The aroma of the sake!
When you sip it
A hint of sweetness and a lot of umami...
It has a nice acidity and is refreshing and clean.
It is more delicious than the aroma suggests.
It is delicious with a hint of sweetness 😘.
It goes well with strong flavored food 😋.
I guess it's dry and suitable for a mealtime drink.
I think it can be drunk by itself!
It's a one-bottle bottle so I finished it.
It looks good heated up too 😘.
Good morning, Manachie. ☀️
I bought 2 packs and they were so thin and easy to eat that I couldn't stop eating them...I finished them off in no time🤣There was also a plain type but it was sold out 🥲.
Hi, Tsubu-chan. Thanks for the sake from my hometown Saitama😊.
Some of my seniors got hooked on sake with this Naozane. You can also warm it up! Please continue to patronize 🙇.
I haven't been able to visit the roadside station in Ogawa-machi since it was newly renovated😅.
Good evening, my first sake is Tasake 😄Thank you for your comment😊Naozane is a sake I didn't know about until I came across it at the fair, but it's delicious 😋I want to try it heated next time 🍶.
The roadside station was so thriving 😆♪

Saitama sake after a long time.
It is not well known in Japan, but it is named after Jiro Naozane Kumagaya, a hero of Kumagaya City. It is named after Jiro Naozane Kumagaya, a hero of Kumagaya City.
To be honest, not many people in Saitama know about it...
The brewery seems to be small in size, but they had a variety of products.
They also gave us a detailed explanation.
It is dry, but the sweetness remains at the end.
Fluffy rice sweetness.
Goes well with meals.
Hello Satoru 😊
I see you visited Gonda Sake Brewery ❣️
I was approached by the brewery at the Saitama Prefecture booth at last year's Sake Fair and drank it for the first time 😋 It was a freshly brewed Ginjo Shiboritate and it was delicious 😋 I would love to visit this brewery!
I got this 🎁 for 🍶✨.
They said it's a Kumagaya sake!
I was told I would definitely like it!
Yes, I liked it 🫱🎯.
Sake strength: +6
The acidity is just right.
The mouthfeel is dry and refreshing!
I guess I like less sweetness. 🫶🏻
It was delicious even when drunk at room temperature!
What is "Sake Musashi"?
I wondered what "SAKE MUSASHI" was, but it was developed by Saitama Prefecture.
It is a representative of sake brewing rice produced in Saitama Prefecture.
I enjoyed it in the kitchen with a side of deep-fried soaked vegetables.
I was soaked in fried rice in the kitchen and enjoyed it.
I know it's a cup of tea, but it's still a cup of tea... lol
I didn't expect to find a sake brewery in Mikajiri!
I chose this sake because I hadn't had nigori type sake today!
I enjoyed it cold and hot.
Sake with full-bodied flavor? Sourness? They seem to be a sake brewery that specializes in richness and acidity, and all of their sake can be heated up!
I think I prefer cold sake because it is softer and more refreshing!
The sweetness comes out nicely!
But hot sake also tastes relaxing! Slightly cloudy, light and cloudy.
It's slightly cloudy and lightly cloudy!

Gonda Sake Brewery Co. is a brewery located in Kumagaya City. I feel like Kumagaya City is always in the news for being a hot city in the summer.
Naozane ◉ Special Junmai
This sake is named after Jiro Naozane Kumagai from the "Tale of the Heike" Kabuki play. It has a nice aroma, a sweet and umami taste, and a refreshing and well-balanced flavor. It is also delicious.
The number of farmers producing sake musashi has been drastically decreasing due to the 2022 rice riots because the ears are high and easily fall over and the yield is low.
It seems that sake Musashi does not have a strong rice characteristic in sake brewing, and it is difficult to differentiate it from other varieties.

Gonda Sake Brewery in Kumagaya City.
The proprietress and director, Sachiko Gonda, is a former system engineer. Aren't there many former SEs in the sake industry?
Rice polishing ratio 60%, sake Musashi 15%, sake degree +10, acidity 1.8
Amino acidity 1.8. 1,430 yen.
Nice aroma. Slightly refreshing.
Surprised to see such a dry taste when I saw the specs.
Bought this sake yesterday at a roadside station. It seems to go down smoothly. It is a little dry. But lacks something outstanding?
It is a junmai sake, which I don't like to drink with brewer's alcohol, so it's okay.
I wonder if the sweeter charted Junmai Ginjo I bought separately would have been better.
