It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. We purchased this sake because it was bottled from the same tank as the sake that was entered in the 2023 National New Sake Competition Gold Award-winning sake. It is a delicious sake with a delicate sweetness that is not too sweet despite being a daiginjo, and is mellow and well-balanced.

I bought it at a roadside station in Fukaya. It tastes dark and sweet. I heated it up with the "Senbero Maker" I got as a Christmas present, and it has a soft and deep flavor.

Today's menu is also vegetable-based. Enjoying vegetables is the key to surviving the hot summer. A week ago, I got this Naozane from Kumagaya at the Saitama Prefecture product exhibition in Omiya Station. It is freshly brewed sake. It is smooth, glossy, and has a glimpse of sweetness, but it is calm and crisp. Cucumber and deep-fried zucchini. Deep-fried potato with butter 🥔. pickled cucumber🥒. chilled tomato 🍅. Below right is Saibok Ham's croquette. It is going to be a hot July with the start of the high school baseball summer tournaments. Thank goodness we now have virtual high school baseball, where we can watch all the games live from all over the country.

The brand that won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition on the same day. When you put it in your mouth, the elegant and gentle sweetness spreads, and the sharpness of the alcohol gradually takes effect. There are no hints of miscellaneous flavors. I have always preferred to drink dry sake on the + side (the higher the better), but this was an opportunity for me to broaden my horizons.
