It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. I've been trying sake from various places little by little for a year, because I'm a "downer" and can hardly drink, but I love the taste of sake. As soon as I put this sake in my mouth, I could feel the difference: "This sake is different from Junmai sake. It's sweet but the alcohol comes out strongly. I think this is how I gradually come to know what taste I like.

I got this 🎁 for 🍶✨. They said it's a Kumagaya sake! I was told I would definitely like it! Yes, I liked it 🫱🎯. Sake strength: +6 The acidity is just right. The mouthfeel is dry and refreshing! I guess I like less sweetness. 🫶🏻 It was delicious even when drunk at room temperature! What is "Sake Musashi"? I wondered what "SAKE MUSASHI" was, but it was developed by Saitama Prefecture. It is a representative of sake brewing rice produced in Saitama Prefecture. I enjoyed it in the kitchen with a side of deep-fried soaked vegetables. I was soaked in fried rice in the kitchen and enjoyed it. I know it's a cup of tea, but it's still a cup of tea... lol

I didn't expect to find a sake brewery in Mikajiri! I chose this sake because I hadn't had nigori type sake today! I enjoyed it cold and hot. Sake with full-bodied flavor? Sourness? They seem to be a sake brewery that specializes in richness and acidity, and all of their sake can be heated up! I think I prefer cold sake because it is softer and more refreshing! It has a nice aroma, a sweet and umami taste, and a refreshing and well-balanced flavor. It is also delicious. The number of farmers producing sake musashi has been drastically decreasing due to the 2022 rice riots because the ears are high and easily fall over and the yield is low. It seems that sake Musashi does not have a strong rice characteristic in sake brewing, and it is difficult to differentiate it from other varieties.

Bought this sake yesterday at a roadside station. It seems to go down smoothly. It is a little dry. But lacks something outstanding? It is a junmai sake, which I don't like to drink with brewer's alcohol, so it's okay. I wonder if the sweeter charted Junmai Ginjo I bought separately would have been better.
