I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode.
