Oniyasha Centrifuged Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake. It is a delicious sake with a creamy mouthfeel and a bitter taste that comes after the umami and goes down the throat. I think it's a slightly dry nigorizake. It's delicious 😋The label has a picture of the top and bottom. The direction of the label is reversed from the normal Oniyasha label.

Centrifugal separation, but nigori? There is no graininess at all. It is rather dry but with a very strong flavor. When heated up, it becomes more refreshing and easy to drink.

At a soba noodle restaurant, my husband had a little share of the drink.â Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15 Classic taste of rice flavor. It has a twangy feeling, but when drunk with chicken tempura, it tastes just right and is delicious ♡♡♡♡♡♡. The 2nd and 3rd pictures are paintings that are OK to photograph ✨.

Rice used is unknown It is a unique sake. The palate has a moderate sweetness, but not so much that it can be described as dry. The umami spreads slowly, The acidity is very effective and tight. It is not peculiar, but it is a type that cannot be tasted anywhere else. I like this balance and sense of taste. Interesting sake, I found it: ❣️

This is also our first time to visit this brewery. I'm glad to see that they have a lot of unpasteurized sake. I completely forgot about the bad things at work and went into drinking mode. Just like the label on the back, this sake has a lot of flavor, but it's not heavy. Even though it was nigori, it didn't feel sloppy. It was an easy to drink sake.

I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

At home. Nagano sake bought in bulk - ‼️ Purchased Nagano sake at Kyoto Takimoto today: ‼️ I tasted one of them, Kiyama, for the first time. The aroma is gorgeous and there is sweetness in the supernatant. If you mix it well, you can feel the sweetness and sourness before the sourness, and it stimulates your tongue. ‼️ I would like to check the taste change after the second day, but yes, it is a delicious sake. ‼️

First time at a brewery series-! Supperly! Dry? High proof for two days in a row. Is this the first time the keyword "cemedine"? It's like that! It doesn't say niggly, but at the end it's cloudy! What a surprise! Surprise!

Shinshu Kunisake 👀 found at my favorite restaurant. It was my first time to try it and I had no prior knowledge of it, but I was attracted by the recommendation of the store owner and the delicious-looking label, so I took it home with me. When I opened the bottle, a refreshing ginjo aroma rose up 😙. It's been a long time since I've had a sake with a corkage involved. The unique sourness, sweetness, and citrus-like bitterness combine perfectly as you take a sip, and the shwashiness tightens up the flavor 😋. This is delicious❣️My wife also raved about it👏. I didn't know this kind of sake existed 😳 I've never seen such a good sake 😳 Shinshu Kokusai Sake has a wide range of delicious sake.

It is Minokiku Hojo. It is a normal sake made from 100% Yamada Nishiki. It is a little sweet and has a fruity taste. The price is 1760 yen (tax included) and it is the best sake in Japan. It is said that this sake is designed to be the best sake that you can drink in the evening. That's right 😋.

It was full of sake feeling. Just like the jacket? Sake that is just like the jacket! I don't know how to describe it. I don't know how to describe it, but although it is called Daiginjo, it is more like a heavy drink when you want to drink sake rather than a tasty one. Of course, it was a delicious bottle.

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san. A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake. It was in the fridge of a point system sake, so I thought 😅😅I thought, "No way, I can buy it normally. I thought so, but I was able to buy it normally😅. It's confusing💦. The rice is Hyogo Nishiki. Sweet aroma. It is fire-aged but has a quite rich flavor. It is better not to cool it down too much. It is a little smoky.

A local sake from Futtsu, Chiba... A faint fruity aroma... A sweet bitterness with a strong bitterness typical of local sake! The flavor of the rice soaks in... The bitterness is followed by a sharpness! It's a good sake to drink while eating.... It's similar to Kotobuki Mangame from Chiba. It's a drink to be enjoyed in small quantities. Delicious.

Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station. I had drunk Seisen from the same brewery in the past and was not fond of hiyaoroshi, but I was impressed with it. The first aroma was already gorgeous. It is sweet and a little tangy on the palate. The second half is a little spicy. It was more delicious than I had imagined. Overall, I'd say it's fruity and dry.

The 22nd Hankyu Brewery Festival (1-2) Seisen] and [Takeoka] booths. Takeoka Special Junmai So no Mai Sold out and only available for tasting. Very fruity, sweet and juicy. The rich umami is good. The price is too good to be true, so it is understandable that it is sold out. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku This one was tasted at room temperature, not chilled. I've heard that if you chill it too much, it becomes too crisp and blurred in flavor. The acidity is refreshing and not too dry. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki The nose is sweet from the first whiff. I prefer Sou-no-Mai or Omachi, which are more sweet and tasty. Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Fruity, rich, sweet and delicious. I like this one, but it's not my favorite type. This is my favorite type, but it is a bit on the pricey side. I hear there are no places to buy it in the Kansai region. It is only available at product exhibitions, product centers, and antenna stores.

This is the first time I have tasted this brand. The sweet aroma and flavor are supported by a moderate acidity and astringency. 17° concentration makes for a strong drinking experience. The aftertaste is gentle and lingers for a long time. Since this sake is so assertive on its own, it would be good to have something to snack on, such as salted rice kelp.

The atmosphere of the label makes you think it is a dry food sake, but it is sweet and fruity. Not a sticky sweetness, but a glossy sweetness with a clean aftertaste. It is delicious. 4.0
