The last sake I drank before this was sweet, but it is even sweeter. The aroma is also beyond the realm of sake. I have no idea what the "oshikiri merger" means, but it tastes good anyway, so it's all good!

Hi, Mr. Miyazawa 🐦. I heard that oshikiri = seme. So it looks like a sake that contains both rough running and seme parts 😊I never knew that before either 😁.

I think this is the first time I've had Tasake's Yamahai. I may have already had it. But I don't know. I have the impression that it is easy to drink and has no strong habits. I don't know if Yamahai is like this.

I got this Akabu at Mafia near Esaka station. I was so happy when I found it because I don't often see it in my area, so I ordered it. Yes, this is it. It's not too sweet and tasty. I wonder if they sell it at liquor stores around here.

It's been a long time since I drank Toyobai. I drank it before. When was it? It is a stable and reliable brand. It was delicious!

For the perfect record. I thought the 80% polishing ratio of Omachi would have a big impact, but it was well put together and delicious. I think I felt that it was delicious.

This is a limited edition sake purchased at the Kikusui Sake Brewery in Niigata, which we visited after booking a tour of the brewery during the Obon holidays. It is a rare sake that can only be purchased at the brewery and filled into bottles on the spot. There were two types of sake sold in this style, and I was allowed to taste them, but since I was the driver, I left it up to my wife. Both of us prefer fruity sake, but both of them seemed to be dry. We were forced to choose one of them and decided to take this one home. How did it taste? It has a mild mouthfeel with a strong umami and a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. The alcohol content is high at 21% (Kikusui's sake is generally high), so I switched to drinking it on the rocks after one sip. Personally, I liked it better on the rocks. I remember how much I enjoyed the explanation by the researcher who navigated us through the brewery tour. Thank you very much, sister!

Purchased during my Obon trip to Niigata. I was intrigued by the description: "Junmai-shu is brewed with four kinds of rice produced by four farmers in the Nishigama area at the far west end of Niigata City. I drank it chilled, and it was quite a robust old-type sake. It has a strong rice flavor, as is typical of junmai sake. It is dry.

Souvenirs from my sister and her husband. They are always heavy from their travels. I am sorry for the weight. I kept it in the fridge for a while, but opened it on the last day of a three-day weekend. As the bottle label says, it is a very clean and dry wine. It has a very sharp acidity. It tastes better at room temperature than chilled. It was too late to notice.

I opened a four-pack bottle purchased at an event at Enoki Sake Brewery in Kure City, Hiroshima, which is said to be the originator of kijo sake! Yes, it's sweet, this sake is sweet! Even I, who prefer sweet sake, found the sweetness hard to handle. The lower left corner of the label reads "Sake Degree -34". That's a bit too much. But I could drink it on the rocks. It might be good as an aperitif.

My favorite "Ame-go-no-tsuki" purchased on an expedition to Hiroshima. It's a little cloudy and has an elegant sweetness and acidity. I still love it! It is delicious!

Ponshu-kan is directly connected to Niigata Station. If you like Japanese sake, you can spend three days here. I tried various kinds of sake at the sake tasting corner. The lineup was centered around classic types of medium to dry sake. As a person who usually chooses modern type, I found something new!

I also went to Ponshu-kan in Nagaoka yesterday! It's a theme park for adults 😇.

Third night of Niigata expedition. Drinking Abe at a popular izakaya (Japanese style bar). You can't drink abe for free. We are allowed to indulge ourselves. It's delicious without any complaints. Hopefully you will enjoy it with local ingredients.

This sake was ordered by the wife on the first day of the Niigata expedition. I had a sip of it, but there was no way I could remember what it tasted like the next month... This is a memorandum.

At an izakaya on the first day of the Niigata expedition. It is a brand that is almost never seen in Kansai, my home region. Not too sweet, not too spicy. It is a very well-balanced sake. (I have a vague recollection of the name).

Schwarzwald stiff sparring. Perfect for summer. Surprisingly, the alcohol content is about the same as regular sake at 13 degrees. It's a bad, bad guy. It's not too sweet, so you can gobble it up. The slight bitterness in the taste resets the palate and makes you want another glass each time. What? Is it gone?

Hi Miyazo 😃. This time of the year ☀️13 degrees, the not-so-sweet schwirling goes on and on 🤗. Makes me want to go for another one😅.

I had always assumed that CeL24 was Kameizumi, but it turns out that there is also a Mikuyo. Although it is a junmai ginjo, the ginjo aroma is at a level that would make one suspect it is a daiginjo, and the lingering gasiness and slight rice flavor were pleasant, and I finished it off in no time. It was delicious.

It's been a while since I've had sake. I don't often have a chance to drink Ehime sake, but I remembered this bottle that my aunt gave me and opened the bottle. It is a light cloudy, shwashy sake. It is sweet and slightly bitter. Delicious. I can only thank my aunt for this.

The ultimate in uncompromisingly beautiful sake! The restaurant's menu said. It is mildly fermented and full of rice flavor. Recommended as a food sake! It was also mentioned. This is a complete copy and paste 😓.
