Rice used is something from Iwate Prefecture and germinated brown rice from Shiwa-machi glutinous rice Classified under the Sake Tax Law as "Other Brewed Sake It is a so-called craft saké, but it is no different from ordinary sake. The fruity sweetness spreads quickly, and the umami is also conveyed clearly. The citrusy bitterness tightens up the whole experience. The lingering aftertaste seems to be slowly fading away. It is not flashy, but it is good for a leisurely sipping. However, 3,000 yen for a four-pack is a bit expensive!

This will probably be my first craft saké review. What do you think of the specs on this one, which seem to focus on acidity and are modern? It seems to feature the use of germinated brown rice. Also, the mail-order source liquor store labeled it as orikarami, but it is a clear sake, and I suspect it is a regular product. The aroma is melon-like and floral, like a rose, and there is a strong acidity when you drink it. It has a strong acidity. It gives the impression of being wild. As it is, it has a slight sweetness and bitterness like brown rice, and a matured flavor. Surprisingly, it goes well with light dishes and salads rather than strong dishes. On the fourth day, it is heated, but the sourness becomes stronger, and while it has the sweetness of brown rice, it becomes like an oddball sake. It is not bad, but it is best served cold. It is a modern sake, but it has a floral rather than fruity impression, and on the other hand, it has a strong rice flavor, perhaps due to the use of brown rice, making it a unique sake. Personally, I prefer the sharpness of the sake, but the number of distributors is increasing at a rapid pace, and I would like to try other specifications next time.

It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. I love Niigata, but I can't tell if it's sweet or spicy 😅I found myself drinking 3 gou of it, so it's good 😋. But I think it's the winner 😆. I'd like to try the other ones though👍

Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.
