According to the information on the back label, it's recommended to drink it hot or warm, but I had it cold this time. The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

And the second aged sake is Benten Musume. The aroma is the same as the first one. The mouthfeel is also rich in flavor, but it is lighter than Akishika. It's white and looks like ❄️⛄️. Sweet and mellow I was expecting it to be thicker, but it's pretty easy to drink 😊. I read the label on the back and it looks like it would be great with soda! This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

A drinking friend of mine wanted to drink a bottle of Takezuru by Toshi Ishikawa, who has moved to Tsuki no I. So I agreed to accompany him. We had it heated. The first aroma is like a matured Shaoxing sake. The first sip had a matured Shaoxing sake-like aroma, and the second had a mildly sweet taste with a Shaoxing sake-like acidity and umami. When you open the bottle and pour it in, the aroma is like sweet baked sweets like sponge cake or kawara senbei. The mouthfeel is round and robust.
