After drinking nigori at KITTE, we went to Ikoma
I bought this sake when the owner visited the brewery.
I've had raw sake in the past, but this was my first time to try fire-brewed sake!
Gorgeous, firm, gently sweet and fruity!
I think a lot of people like this.
It's modern but well-balanced and can be drunk with a variety of meals.
I would like to try other Tenka Nishiki as well 🤔.
I've been searching for it, and I found that there's also raw sake of this one, so I'd like to try it!
I also drank a sample of Harushika's Tanabata Sake and was asked to guess which one was chosen, so I drank 4 different kinds and I guessed right away 😉.

At a sake meeting in Tokyo.
The sweetness from the rice is noticeable, but the acidity is well-balanced in the mid-palate.
It was recommended to be served hanakairo or lukewarm, but I drank it well chilled.
I would have liked to try heating it to lukewarm if it had not been too hot.
Rice used is Yamadanishiki
Due to various circumstances, this sake was brewed at Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten of Saku.
This is a valuable sake, but we are relieved to hear that it is now in normal operation.
It has a slight bitterness, and the rich umami flavor comes through slowly.
It has a nice sharpness and a quintessential balance. ‼️
It is a bit close to "Saku", maybe?
