Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan
Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner.
The drink menu consisted mainly of wine, but there was also sake on the menu, and Naozane was recommended as a mid-meal drink.
The sake was classical and calm, but had a moderate flavor of rice and a sharpness that left a good impression.
I would like to try it at home next time.
