It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. I got this 🎁 for 🍶✨. They said it's a Kumagaya sake! I was told I would definitely like it! Yes, I liked it 🫱🎯. Sake strength: +6 The acidity is just right. The mouthfeel is dry and refreshing! I guess I like less sweetness. 🫶🏻 It was delicious even when drunk at room temperature! What is "Sake Musashi"? I wondered what "SAKE MUSASHI" was, but it was developed by Saitama Prefecture. It is a representative of sake brewing rice produced in Saitama Prefecture. I enjoyed it in the kitchen with a side of deep-fried soaked vegetables. I was soaked in fried rice in the kitchen and enjoyed it. I know it's a cup of tea, but it's still a cup of tea... lol

I didn't expect to find a sake brewery in Mikajiri! I chose this sake because I hadn't had nigori type sake today! I enjoyed it cold and hot. Sake with full-bodied flavor? Sourness? They seem to be a sake brewery that specializes in richness and acidity, and all of their sake can be heated up! I think I prefer cold sake because it is softer and more refreshing! The sweetness comes out nicely! But hot sake also tastes relaxing! Slightly cloudy, light and cloudy. It's slightly cloudy and lightly cloudy!

I feel like Kumagaya City is always in the news for being a hot city in the summer. Naozane ◉ Special Junmai This sake is named after Jiro Naozane Kumagai from the "Tale of the Heike" Kabuki play. It has a nice aroma, a sweet and umami taste, and a refreshing and well-balanced flavor. It is also delicious. The number of farmers producing sake musashi has been drastically decreasing due to the 2022 rice riots because the ears are high and easily fall over and the yield is low. It seems that sake Musashi does not have a strong rice characteristic in sake brewing, and it is difficult to differentiate it from other varieties.

Aren't there many former SEs in the sake industry? Rice polishing ratio 60%, sake Musashi 15%, sake degree +10, acidity 1.8 Amino acidity 1.8. 1,430 yen. Nice aroma. Slightly refreshing. Surprised to see such a dry taste when I saw the specs.

Bought this sake yesterday at a roadside station. It seems to go down smoothly. It is a little dry. But lacks something outstanding? It is a junmai sake, which I don't like to drink with brewer's alcohol, so it's okay. I wonder if the sweeter charted Junmai Ginjo I bought separately would have been better.

We purchased this sake because it was bottled from the same tank as the sake that was entered in the 2023 National New Sake Competition Gold Award-winning sake. It is a delicious sake with a delicate sweetness that is not too sweet despite being a daiginjo, and is mellow and well-balanced.
