This is also a Sota's Hump Society exclusive🍶. Nice to meet you also Kita no Hana. The aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a rich, dark, sweet flavor that is typical of nama sake, and then it finishes with a slight astringent taste. The richness and astringency of Yamadanishiki was delicious✨.

First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. The fact that you can normally drink Jyushiyo at home is based on the mutual trust between the seller and the buyer. Kita no Hana, the label is very attractive. I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle. The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity. The acidity and bitterness are both moderate, and it has a mysterious sharpness that just flutters and closes. It is really a round, gentle and mysterious sake, and this must be one of its balances. Thank you very much for the sake!

This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. The official site has disappeared, and it looks like the company has been sold. It would be nice if the company that bought it would let it reopen... It's a rich, umami type that's different from the general image of Niigata's sake. It has a sweetness from the rice. As it has won a gold medal, I'm sure this sake would be delicious warmed. It also has a creamy sweetness.

I've always wanted to try this nano brewery, and it's hard to believe it's brewed by just one person. Peach and lychee, just like the package says. In other words, it's like "Abe" in a bad way. I'd like to try their other beers! I think it's available in Tokyo, so I'll have to look for it...

I begged for sake under my wife's jurisdiction at the New Year's party and received a bottle of Sotogahama. It was brewed by a young master brewer at Nishida Sake Brewery, and it was more refreshing than Tasake. It has been a while since I had Sotogahama, so I don't remember what it tasted like the last time I had it, but I can tell you that it is perfectly made and delicious. Thank you for the sake!

Following the monochrome, here's a drinking comparison... ♪ A little lighter than the Monochrome? Instead, it has more sweetness and juiciness? I can feel the "Tasyu" character in each of them.

This sake is sold by a united effort of breweries in Ishikawa Prefecture. The sake store I visited had two varieties, Kochira and Tedorigawa. Hoping for the recovery😌. It is a medium, slightly sweet delicious sake with a smooth texture. Microbubbles at the bottom of the glass. The mild aroma reminds me of green apple and the fresh sweet and sour taste is impressive and refreshing. Very tasty.

(˶ᐢωᐢ˶)🍶🍶🍶+ Today was the first time I had the local sake Lion's Village 😀 I had never seen a sake brewery in Ishikawa using Sake Mirai so I bought it 😊. The aroma is a fresh type of ginjo aroma 😚 The mouthfeel is soft and fruity with a soft, fizzy and fruity aroma. The sweetness and umami are moderate and cut by a refreshing acidity 🤔This was delicious 😋.

At Isego Honten. I saw the arrival guide of the store. I drank it last year and it was delicious, so I repeated it. Ise-Go Honten special order sake. The chameleon label attracts attention👍. It's a little dry this year. said the shopkeeper😊. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure you'll like it. I'm sure you'll like it. I'm not sure what to make of it. But I like the taste😋. It's similar to Abe Shuzo's Black Abe!

Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE. It has a gentle taste with a sweet flavor that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It has a spicy taste, but it also has a fresh fruitiness. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty. We compared Yumesasara and Omachi. I had a preconceived notion that Omachi would be tastier, but I found Omachi to be too strong and subtle. Yumesasara was delicious, so I bought it.

Today's accompaniment is Nikko Homare Junmai. Is it refreshing, light, light and weakly spicy? The! It's like a sake. It is a good sake for a mid-meal drink, But I think it will be defeated by a little bit sweet I think it is good as a food sake, but it is not as good with sweet food.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶. A little yellow. Mellow ☺️. As the name suggests, it's round 😅. A little schwar✨. Sweet and fruity. Between melon and pear 🍈. Matches well with thick fried tofu👍When paired with shime saba (mackerel), it's tangy and spicy. The smell does not spread and it is delicious. Lactic acidic. So it's from the sake brewery of Nisato🐇🤔. Purchased at Iida Sake Shop @ Shiki, drinking at home 20230721

8.5 points (Wife 8.5 points) Sake Brewer : Ohga Shuzo, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture (Fukuoka Prefecture's oldest brewery) Rice : Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 60 Alcohol percentage : 16 Sake Degree : Undisclosed Acidity : Not disclosed A gift from a friend in Fukuoka who came to Fukuoka Airport to see me off (purchased at Todoroki Sake Shop). Slightly melon-like finish The same subdued, fruity aroma as the first sip, with a hint of vanilla and a hint of azuki beans, soft sweetness and umami of rice spreading with a refreshing acidity, and finishing gently with a hint of bitterness and a slight spiciness from the alcohol. Elegant and well-balanced, it is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own. My friend's nickname is Tama-chan and his wife's maiden name is Izumi, so he chose this sake as a pun. It went well with Italian-style grilled salmon with foil, stewed sweet potato, chilled tofu, and squid cod roe.

The oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka, Ohga Shuzo, has created a GABAGABAHEY raw sake. At the first sip, the fresh and rich rice flavor typical of nama-shu spreads. It is certainly a sake that you might drink with the governor (^-^), and it is delicious. It seems to be a limited sake, so if you are interested, please come early~.

The fourth cup is a "Tamadezumi" unpasteurized sake! (First picture, left side) The sweetness is even richer than the previous "Ooga Unfiltered Nama"! However, as you savor it, the acidity and pungency slowly come from the back, along with a hint of shiitake mushroom-like aroma. The coffee milk-like aftertaste is impressive ✨.
