Speaking of sake with this insanely stylish label? Yes, that's right, Echigo Den'emon! (For the second time) Although there is no mention of it on the label, this sake is brewed with Omachi. It has an alcohol content of 18 degrees, which is as high as the original sake. It doesn't say, but is this a pure sake? When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma with a hint of banana. When you put it in your mouth...oh! This is quite thick and rich! Despite the powerful sweetness and acidity that spreads on the palate, and the purity of the top notes, it has a tremendous impact on the palate! Surprised😳When you swallow it down, the long lingering aftertaste along with the polite astringency will disappear like a shooting star in the back of your mouth without any linger. This is delicious 🤩! The label "Mishaguchi" is also cool. Thank you for the great sake ✨.

It's been a while since I've had a sake, so I opened a bottle of Echigo Den'emon, brewed in Niigata, Japan! The label is so nice that it is hard to believe it is a sake 🤗It looks so stylish~! So I opened the bottle! Hmmm...? It has an elegant aroma with a hint of astringency similar to that of wine. But when you put it in your mouth, you will be surprised! At first, a clear sweetness spreads quickly, and then it finishes with a refreshing dryness that is typical of Niigata's light and dry wines. It seems to melt away nicely with a slight aftertaste of carbonation, as is typical of nama-shu 😍 Mmmm, this is delicious! It's light and dry, so it's good with sashimi, simmered dishes, or just about anything 🍶. Thank you for the sake 😋.

GOZ - Gozu - Nama-zake. Echigo Den'emon is a microbrewery and a revived brewery, and the brewery's toji, Kohoi Kato, was featured in dancyu's sake feature as a next generation sake. Following Tamakihar and Mishaguchi, the third sake we had was GOZ. The name of this sake, which is made from Gohyakumangoku rice, comes from the fact that it is made from 50% Gohyakumangoku rice and is 5 parts per 5 kilos, or from Mt. It has a refreshing top nose with a hint of lime, and a flavor so expansive that it is hard to believe it is Ihyakumangoku, but the characteristic astringency gives it a crispness. The cool sake quality that is said to be there is expressed well.

Overall 9 (out of 10) My wife (user name: Pekho) has been wanting to drink Den-emon for a while and we happened to run into it at a liquor store in Nakameguro (Nakameguro Isego Honten) 😳. We drank it today😃. Light, dry sake. Nice coarse rice aroma when pouring into a glass👍. Not overly polished and clear with a strong umami, but balanced with the rice's natural miscellaneous flavors that are well held back so that they don't stand out. Moderate astringency lingers on the tongue for a relatively long time I finished it with my dinner today. It was served very cold. I was able to enjoy it chilled and very cool.  -Aroma: Strong aroma of rice 👍  -Aroma: Aroma of rice and a slight astringent taste in the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)  -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste  -Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste  -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste  -Astringency: Start 2→ Lingering 3  -Rice flavor: 3 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt】→2 Smaller number = light and smooth Large number = thick and rich (5 is the maximum)

I am convinced that it will go well with western food because of the sake 👏 concept that I have been longing for💕. Gizzard Mushrooms with Creamed Maitake Mushrooms sauteed chicken with yuzu and honey mustard sauce & Salad and served with a bucket 🥖! Den-emon delicious ❤️

Oh no... I should have let it sit for a day - I was caught off guard😱. Spouting -> automatic stirring🫧. The guy at the store said it wouldn't fizz much 😩. GOZ nigori version 🤍, which is a Hasegawa store exclusive. It's a pretty dark nigori. Fresh & fruity, with some greenish nuances. After green apple, lime and lactic sweetness, what passes through the nose is a mint flavor ☘️ Fine effervescence spreads in the oral cavity, and after some time, a strong astringent taste 😌. It is not very flashy and gives the impression of a Niigata sake 🌾. I didn't find it to have a strong character, but I would like to try others 😊. Will it be the Echigo's Rising Star? ⁉️

I was curious to buy it because it was featured in dancyu!!!! They said it was a new entry. It is a cool sake with an "astringent" taste as the concept says. The label is stylish. It has a somewhat unique aroma, mellow and moderately spicy, with a touch of acidity. Above all, it is a milky and silky food sake with a touch of lactic acidity. I am looking forward to the taste change on the second day.

Mishaguchi - Ishigami. From Echigo Den'emon, a revived brewery that advocates nano-brewery and is brewed by a young master brewer alone, comes this 100 Yumachi Mishaguchi. The banana-like ginjo aroma, the sweetness and robust flavor of Bizen Omachi, and the astringent expression of the aftertaste are all noteworthy. The bitterness is often regarded as a tangy taste in sake, but when considered with food, especially with meat, this bottle has great potential to open up new horizons.

Purchased at Niigata Sake Shop I wanted to drink this sake, so I looked for it and bought it 💰. I had heard that Echigo Den'emon had gone out of business due to the Corona disaster, but I heard that a new person had taken over the business and was making new sake 💰. I had bought a bottle of Echigo Den'emon's sake at the Niigata Sake Festival before the Corona disaster, so I had a personal attachment to this sake... I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it tastes great😊. I thought it had a refreshing taste when I first opened the bottle, but after a while after opening it, a muscat-like acidity also came out and it was delicious 😋. Personally, I think I prefer it if I let it sit for a while. 🤔 The label design is also very good with all brands having a modern or stylish label 😊. Please keep up the good work 🙇. Thanks for the treats 🙇 🙇.
