I don't have any pictures, but I have now drunk sake from all 46 prefectures for now! Only Okinawa is left! The sake was an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake with a lot of gusto. It was delicious.
I don't have a picture, but I was in Hirosaki on a business trip. I met a nice restaurant. And of course, when I went to Hirosaki, I had to go to Toyobai. There was a good brand just after the fall season. It was delicious.
Sake from Yusa-machi, Yamagata Prefecture, brewed with spring water and Shonai rice at the foot of Mt. The label is cool! Aromatic and refreshing with a polish of 45. Best when well chilled.
It's starting to feel a bit like summer, so I had a glass of Tamagawa Icebreaker from the Kyoto Kinoshita Sake Brewery. The style of this sake, which is served on the rocks, is very easy to drink. It has a cool and refreshing taste with a strong aroma.
This is Kurowashi from Shirowashi. While the Shirowashi was a thick white orikara, this one is a clear unfiltered raw sake with a lot of gusto. The mouthfeel is clear, but the lingering aftertaste is long and mellow, and the clearness is accentuated by the strength of the aroma through the nose. It is interesting that the goal of the sake is so different even though it is from the same tank. It is delicious.
Punchy labels!
Cab Driver is my favorite movie too!
The taste is very firm and dry, with a strong aroma on the nose and a clean finish. Strong feeling.
