Junmai by Sakaegawa! I received this wine as a gift from my hometown.
It is fresh and easy to drink. The aftertaste is short and light. It is perfect for nabe dishes!
Tohoku Izumi's Mount Chokai!
It's a sake from Chokaizan. I'll drink it when it comes.
Aromatic, crisp and clear on the palate. The aftertaste is also clear!
It's been a long time since I've been here. This is the place to go when you come to Sakata.
The set of 3 kinds of drinks to compare with the tremendous cosiness and lineup!
The first one is Eiko Fuji's new Tengami. It is super mellow and has an elegant sweetness. It is like a whiskey with a long, lingering aftertaste, but without the sharpness. It is delicious.
A bottle of Jacket. This is truly the sake of the year....
Aroma and mouthfeel with plenty of maturity. It is easy to drink, with a crisp, clean aftertaste. Perfect for the autumn table.
I don't have any pictures, but I have now drunk sake from all 46 prefectures for now! Only Okinawa is left! The sake was an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake with a lot of gusto. It was delicious.
I don't have a picture, but I was in Hirosaki on a business trip. I met a nice restaurant. And of course, when I went to Hirosaki, I had to go to Toyobai. There was a good brand just after the fall season. It was delicious.
Sake from Yusa-machi, Yamagata Prefecture, brewed with spring water and Shonai rice at the foot of Mt. The label is cool! Aromatic and refreshing with a polish of 45. Best when well chilled.
