The first Matsumine no Fuji. Low milling of 77% Dewanosato rice from Yamagata Prefecture.
The top aroma is sweet and fruity. The aroma is reminiscent of pears and peaches, and is so gorgeous that it is hard to believe it is junmai.
The taste is not as sweet as the aroma suggests, and the mouthfeel is clean with a touch of umami.
There is a faint bitterness in the aftertaste, but it is not difficult to drink.
There is also some fresh gassiness from the secondary fermentation.
Purchased at Kigawaya.
And 600 check-in!
I drank a lot.
Fruity ginjo aroma. Sleek and refreshing.
The taste is light and dry. Moderate acidity.
It has a crisp, short aftertaste with a hint of sweetness.
It tastes like a model of junmai ginjo.
It is perfect as a food sake.
Thank you, Jay & Nobby! I want to continue to drink with care for my body.
I was thinking that it is time for me to drink some of the light sweet sake as well.
Purchased at Kigawaya.
Sweet and fruity aroma. Pear type.
The taste is a refined sweetness.
It has a strong sweetness, but it is light and refreshing.
The alcohol content is slightly low at 14 degrees.
It is cold today, but it would be great to drink it chilled in the hot summer.

Sakewa girls' party? Petit off-line meeting? Or just a regular year-end party?
Anyway, I wanted to drink. Thanks to the organizer for coordinating 😊.
Please see the second photo for the members. There are some who are not written here. Speaking of amidakuji! Speaking of abandonment! I'm the one from 😆.
The place is a bar where they had a hard time welcoming Choroki the other day. I'm glad to be there so early. ☺️ I made a reservation at 17:00 and they said to come at random, but everyone comes in time for the start time, right? Queen Amida attended after work.
So, at that point
I was counting the 31 pints I ordered.
(according to Chiko-chan). After that, she ordered 2 gou 6 times (according to Puchi-san).
At first we ordered half a gou of sake each to enjoy different kinds of sake, but then it became 1 gou, then 2 gou, and it wasn't really a girls' night out anymore 😆.
Did we stay until the restaurant closed?
I was able to sit down on the train, so I lost my memory of the event together with the organizer. But I woke up just before my nearest station and got off after waking up the secretary. Nice job at the end, me 😆.
Terrible number of sake and stupid photos. I will look back at the photos from this day when I have a hard time💗.
Good morning, Yuka-chan🌸
I shouldn't have added them up, but I did. I realized once again that I drank a lot. I guess you often sleep on the train and often get woken up by the train 🤭.
Good morning, Manachy 😊.
Yes, I had a rare experience 😆.
The queen gave me the third choko. It's a cute pattern, I wonder where it's from? But it's too small and not enough for me😅.
Good morning, Nochi 😃.
Reason for my late arrival. Not because I overslept but because I got off at the bus stop four stops ago 😆 It took me a long time because I was walking 😆 I think I drank more than 31 gou. I know everyone else drank 💦.
Good morning, Asanami 💐.
Enjoyable show? Thank you for the 💓
It was the perfect boar's mouth to put the chocolate in🤣.
But please spend the money for yourself!
Good morning, TOMO 😁.
There are people who drink a lot and people who don't drink much. And I'm sure I didn't drink much, I guess.
Maybe, probably, hope... 😓.
Good morning, Choroki-san😄.
The shijimi clam soup was great. I wanted to drink it in a bowl 😋.
No no no, I could have stayed sober for more than 30 minutes, maybe.... No, no, no, everyone got home safely!
Good morning, MAJ 😀.
I was queen power up. I want to learn from her. But I want to give you something delicious as a souvenir 💦.
You may have already met her, Chiko, Puchi wo kun.
Good morning, Ane-san. ☀️Thank you for the delicious set of chestnut🌰 treats! I had them the next morning 😁They went well with sake 🍶😋and the afterglow of happiness continues ✨.
Fourth drink at a sake bar in Yamagata. This was the recommendation of the owner. This sake is a bit unusual in that it is a kijoshu, but also nigori (nigori is the Japanese word for "pure") sake. It was not too sweet, but had a light bitterness and a refreshing aftertaste. It was a very tasty sake. I was very surprised.
