4.3/5.0
I had a large dry bottle.
At first I thought it was tasteless, but it seemed to have a sweet flavor, which may change when the temperature is raised.
Shomine no Fuji, the family crest series. The locally popular "secret events" have an old-fashioned, sober impression, but the family crest series is distinctly different from them.
It is not flashy, but the sake has a balanced flavor and a moderately tight impression. And the price is low.
A special order from Kigawaya Hanpukai.
Dry, smooth and dry with no sweetness.
It has a sharp, dry bitterness.
It leaves a lingering taste on the tongue after drinking.
Date of manufacture: March 2024
Close date: March 23, 2024
It has a soft sweetness and a strong bitterness.
The bitterness comes from the beginning and makes you feel a deep impression.
The piquancy is only a little.
There is a strong, sharp taste on the tongue.
The texture is a little crispy...?
A little rough on the tongue.

I drank Matsuyama Shuzo's sake at a national sake fair, but this was my first time drinking it at home.
It is fire-brewed but a little fresh.
It has a rich, tropical sweetness, but not only sweetness, but also umami and various other flavors in perfect harmony or balance.
I heard that there is also a draft of this sake, and I would like to try it, but it is not available in the Kansai region.
National Sake Fair 2025 part69
Yamagata Prefecture 2
Matsuyama Sake Brewery in Sakata City
The company name is different from Sake no Wa, but it looks like they changed the name.
I've been interested in this brand since I started drinking sake, because I know many bloggers and SNS followers who drink it.
Rice polishing ratio 40%, Yamagata sake brewing rice 16%, Sake degree -3.0
Acidity 1.3, 2750 yen
Fruity, sweet and delicious.
I wish it was available in Kansai!
Looking at the list, there were many breweries in Yamagata that brought high-priced sake.
We gave up after 2 breweries because we didn't have time!
There are still a lot of breweries on the list that I don't know about💦.
Next stop: Hokkaido!
A very limited edition from the Kigawaya Jizake Hanpukai.
Made from 100% "Yuki-no-Mikami" (Snow Goddess) produced in Yamagata Prefecture.
Slightly thickened, yet smooth on the tongue.
It has a refreshing taste.
The first sip felt very bitter, but from the second sip, it didn't bother me.
It is working hard to make it crisp and clear.

The flavor is soft and sweet, but the strong bitterness lingers after drinking.
