A little yellow. Mellow ☺️. As the name suggests, it's round 😅. A little schwar✨. Sweet and fruity. Between melon and pear 🍈. Matches well with thick fried tofu👍When paired with shime saba (mackerel), it's tangy and spicy. The smell does not spread and it is delicious. Lactic acidic. So it's from the sake brewery of Nisato🐇🤔.
