The fifth bottle I stocked on my trip to Saitama ^ ^. I had never seen "Otona no Calpis" sold locally, so I wanted to try it once. It's sweet, tart, refreshing and goes well with yakitori 👀. I heard it's recommended to drink it on the rocks ^ ^. I decided to open the bottle while cheering for Shohei Ohtani at the NBL season opener❗️٩٩_(ᐛ )و Strangely enough, it goes well with yakitori 👀. Low alcohol and easy to drink 🍶. There are so many different kinds of sake in the world ^_^!

The 4th bottle I stocked up on my trip to Saitama ^ ^. Sairai's ORIGAMI٩٩³(ᐛ)و The clerk at Yukinoya Kogure Sake Shop was so good at talking that I couldn't help but buy it (^^;) Pleasant sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Sharp acidity. This will make you drink too much if you are not careful. (**I'm not sure...)

The second one I stocked on my trip to Saitama ^ ^. At the entrance of Yukinoya Kogure Sake Shop, there is a Kuroryu flag... 👀 Kuroryu.... I've heard of it, but is it such a major sake that they have a banner flag... 😕 From the well-spoken waitress, I chose this one, the most standard of all the Kuroryu sakes ^ ^. Hmm? It's a brewed sake. It has no peculiarities and a beautiful aftertaste. I want to try a different type next time ^ ^.

Family trip to Saitama Prefecture. On the way back from playing at the nostalgic Seibuen Yuenchi, we visited Yukinoya Kogure Sake Shop٩٩_. A reminder of our trip here? I bought 5 bottles of sake for the trip! The first bottle was this Igarashi, which I selected based on the advice of the store staff ^ ^. This is the first time I've seen it 👀. Gorgeous aroma, sharpness, gasiness. It tasted just the way I like it ^ ^.

Opened the bottle and immediately pineapple 🍍. Gorgeous aroma typical of #7 yeast is an understatement 100 points ^. Excellent 👍 The fact that it has no label is also very innovative and nice. I drank it last year, and this is another excellent sake 🍶 that I want to drink every year.

Ummm, good.... The aftertaste and lingering aftertaste are pleasant. This craft saké is brewed with grape juice. The production method, which is interesting, is based on the sake production method, and it is said that secondary ingredients are added freely and mixed in the brewing process. I drank the same grape last year, but the result this time was far more impressive 🙌. I think I'll be buying this one on repeat every year. It's just wonderful.

Oh, there are two types of generic red wings! *...*:. .... .... :*-'(*▽▽*)'*:. .... ... .... :*...'*... The blue one on the left is Junmai Nama. I've never had this one. The blue one on the left is 1400 yen (excluding tax) The gold one on the right is 1300 yen (excluding tax) Now, what is the difference of 100 yen.... So, we discussed this with his wife in the store and decided to compare the drinks. The blue one has a pleasant tingling gas feeling ‼️ It seemed darker than the golden one ^ ^.

The second bottle we chose, recommended by Okanoya Sake Shop in Nasushiobara City, is this Ona The design is bright and gorgeous. I want to drink it. I want to drink it! I didn't drink it on the trip, but chilled it in a cooler box and drank it after returning home to relieve the fatigue of the drive. Aaaa^ ^ ^ Sake from Tochigi Prefecture is delicious after all 😋. I wish I had bought at least one more bottle. It was a fun two days.

I drove my daughter, who came home suddenly, to Tochigi prefecture. Four hours and 380 km one way is a bit far for a drive.... So, we stayed one night in Nasu Shiobara City ^ ^. Naturally, I have already researched local sake shops ^_^. We visited Okanoya Sake Shop. This place is full of sake I've never seen before. 🍶🍶🍶. Usually I enjoy getting lost in choosing, but this time it's going to be quite difficult 😓. In a situation like this, the best thing to do is to tell the restaurant what you like and make your selections: ☝️ When I approached the store, the couple I saw on the website, the fourth-generation owner of the store, was available to help me. They asked me, "Where are you from? When I told them I was from Iwate Prefecture, they were surprised. We are grateful to the couple for their kind and courteous service. Their selection of Asahi Kohshin for us was just the way we like it.

Purchased at the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture. When I am told that it is a limited product available only here, I buy it. I was intrigued by the beautiful transparent bottle and the unusual label. The waiter said it was sweet, but although it was light, it was not as sweet as I had imagined. It was delicious with a crisp aftertaste 😋.
