I begged for sake under my wife's jurisdiction at the New Year's party and received a bottle of Sotogahama.
It was brewed by a young master brewer at Nishida Sake Brewery, and it was more refreshing than Tasake. It has been a while since I had Sotogahama, so I don't remember what it tasted like the last time I had it, but I can tell you that it is perfectly made and delicious.
