CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.

Today I met my wife's brother for the first time in several years and had a drink outside. We went to a nearby restaurant that boasts sake and is famous for its pork shabu-shabu and oden. We had an all-you-can-drink policy, so this was the only sake we could drink, but we had a very pleasant time. It was the first time for me to drink Bikuyo. Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho. After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake. I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now. The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that. The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before. First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel. A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

This is the second bottle of Hoshisen I bought in Nara! Slightly effervescent, rich sweetness like lychee. It has a slightly dry atmosphere and is sweeter than the No. 5 yeast. It also has a burnt candy-like taste. I wish there were more stores where I could buy it.

I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees.
