I bought this sake from a set sale 😊 With all due respect, this is the first time I've heard of Kitakata sake 😊.
I don't know what is available for purchase in this set sale with 3 bottles🤣 but I can only guess the main one with a hint 🥰.
Well, first time for you, Kita no Hana, I'll take it........................
The aroma is strong, like muscat🟢. The mouthfeel is beautiful, and I personally have high expectations for it so far... No gas, beautiful sweetness and umami spreading out in a full flavor. The acidity is mild and disappears naturally, without any cloying taste. Ah, but there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste! But there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste 🤔The aroma is of green apples 🍏It was a beautiful sweet-tasty sake✨.
On the third day, I can feel the sweet-ish flavor, but I can also feel the alcohol 🤨, but it's still as beautiful as ever, but I would like it to be a little more crisp 🤔.
I think it's an easy to drink sake ✨
Good evening, ichiro18😄
So this is a set of 3 bottles for your enjoyment ❣️ This is a brave purchase 👍I'll be lucky if I find an impressive encounter sake, but if I miss it... 😅But if it contains Shinmasa, all is good ⁉️
Good evening, HinaHanaMama!
I was not afraid of anything that came my way 👍I only had a hint of Shinmasa so I bought it 😁I'm basically welcome to drink sake I've never had before, so I just prayed that I wouldn't get a dupe and the result was good! I was right 🧧.
Good evening, ichiro18 😃.
What a colorful assortment 🤗
I know it's just a quick glance 😅I've got the phrase "Hakko no ‾shio" running through my head 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Wow! I was just looking at an ad for a product exhibition and saw an ad for dorayaki using Hakko salt 🤣I can't get the phrase out of my head once you say it 😅 what are you going to do about it 😵?
Good evening, ichiro18!
Is this the one with the support of Masaruyasan's home drinking? I'm registered 😎 just in case, but it's usually over when I see it🤣I was wondering what kind of quick people are buying, but you're right 🥳👍✨.
Good evening, Mr. Kotaro 😃.
You're right, Kotaro-san! You know it so well 👍It's going away fast 😅I just happened to be on line when it came when it was open so I applied right away 😁It was hard 😵 because the date of receipt was specified.
No aroma, no sweetness, no pungency.
It has a mellowness. Maybe it is good as a food wine. A little too light on its own.
It would go well with grilled Sanma (Pacific saury).
I was told that it is good warmed up, so I tried it, but I'm not so sure.
I think it has more character than cold sake.
I've never had this one either.
I brought this from cold storage.
The best aroma of the day.
I wonder what it is
Fruit🍋🍏🍌
The shellfish is ready, and we squeeze lemon and drink and eat and drink and eat!
I think it's time to call it a night!

Watanabe Sota Hanpukai sake.
The rice is 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Aizu.
It is not the type of sake that spreads in a spectacular way.
It has a rich sweetness, but it is smooth.
It has a sweet and sour taste at a low level.
The bitterness comes in moderation.
Date of manufacture: March 2024
Date of closure: March 17, 2024
I forgot to drink this in Aizu, but it is Kita no Hana.
This is the one from Sota's hump party that I drank at my favorite bar.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
The first sip has a slightly sweet aroma, with a light sweetness and a hint of acidity that finishes off the palate.
According to the Sota no Hump Kai booklet, last year it was sweet, so this year they made it dry 🙄 It was delicious!
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third one is Kita no Hana no Kura, about a 5 minute walk from Kitakata station.
I scribbled a note on my phone and erased it by mistake yesterday 😅I think the lady at the store told me they are making about 300 koku now 🤔...
After a firm sweetness, it has a (personal) sake feel that is typical of Fukushima Prefecture.
I like it 5 points.
On a side note, the fish is a carp.... I would like you to try it! I want to repeat more than sake!
