I attended the Kansai Off-line Meeting!
0I wanted to go from the next Takimoto-san, but had to give up due to lack of stock and my schedule 😭
I didn't get many pictures so I chose to post one bottle of Sogape 🥂 which I didn't get to drink.
It really tasted like a white wine with its acidity and slight bitterness! But the lingering sweetness is properly sake 😮.
I was happy to be able to listen to everyone's sake talk while drinking delicious sake!
Everyone drinks a lot, so I'm steadily increasing the number of check-ins in hopes of someday reaching that level 🔥.

Drinks at Sake-no-wa Kansai Branch Off-line Meeting @ Sake Hall Masuya.
Since there were many people, we were divided into 3 tables and each table ordered individually, so I copied what the other tables ordered 😁.
It's a heavy, heavy type of sake, but it's delicious with a sweetness like candy.
Mr. Sakeran said it was like caramel.
It is +9 in alcohol content, but I didn't feel it was very spicy. You never know until you try it.
I would not buy it by myself, so I can only drink it outside.
I think many people said it was delicious.

I'm sure I've had it in the past, but I don't remember what it tasted like, so I chose it. I didn't decide on my own.
Everyone agreed on the order 😁.
I think it's a refreshing, food wine type of sake.
We all agreed that it would be a good choice if we drank it 🤣.
Personally I don't think I'm a fan of Tobiroki 🤔.
I like the raw stuff, but I can't buy the basic stuff.
I understand that it's a good sake, but...

I participated in the off-line meeting of the Kansai Branch of SAKEWA
The place was Sake Hall Masuya in Shijo, Kyoto.

I had a very good time, although I was a borrowed cat when I was sober. Thanks to Pon-chan, the organizer of the party, and everyone else for their help 🤗.
For the after-party, we went to the famous sake brewery, Takimoto, where almost everyone bought a can of Tasake (rice wine) 🤣.
Drinking started at 4pm at Masuya!
The fridge was full of sake, but we couldn't order anything that wasn't on the menu 😅I wanted to drink Jikkoman and Banshu Ikkyo 😭.
Since there were many of us, we ordered one sake for each table and shared it 😭.
The first drink was Miwazakura, which is sold at Sake Sen Yamamoto in Osaka but was not in stock when we visited. Almost impossible to find in Kansai!
Fruity and sweet. It is easy to drink without any alkaloids.
I searched for it and found that a 4-ounce bottle is priced at 1980 yen, so I think it's cosmetically pleasing.

It has a light acidity with a touch of astringency and bitterness (or perhaps it should be called "richness"), but the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
I had such a record with Kinmai 90 (rice rice) which I drank before...
