First Shinsei
I like it so much because it tastes even better than the cleverness of reading "earth" in the name of "birthplace" 🍶.
I was swept away by the wave of deliciousness, as if all the flavors from the entrance to the exit were poured into me all at once!
I think it's more on the fruity side, but the sharpness that lingers on the tongue is definitely unique to sake!
It tastes as if you could drink it forever without the need for a drink 🐌.

Next time, I thought it would be nice to taste something a little more crisp,
This one is in the summer sake category 😆.
I also feel a nice gentle bitterness 🤔.
It's delicious!

This week started with a business trip to Kyoto.
After dinner, we met up with another member at the second restaurant
We visited this restaurant.
We started with my request, my favorite brand 😋.
Sweet and robust taste...
I drank quite a bit at the first meeting, but I can clearly tell 😅.
Hi Uchi~'s super~rippy 😃.
I see you are in Kyoto this week 🚅.
This restaurant looks like it has an awesome sake lineup 🤩.
I can't believe they have hanaho 💐🫢.
Is the fridge in the back also sake 👀?
Good luck with your work 😉.
Urashinomine, I asked for it because I don't see it very often. It seems to be an original from Kyoto's Shima Sake Brewery. The aroma is banana and fruity, but the mouthfeel is dry and refreshing with a delicious flavor.
I haven't been able to drink alcohol for about a month due to circumstances and haven't posted in a while.
It has a freshness with a hint of microbubbles and a good balance of umami. Delicious.
Good morning, Noritama 😃.
Thanks for your patience for a month 😌.
Kifotsuru! It's delicious 🤗The autumn sake 🍁 I drank last year was so good, I'd like to try another one 😋.
Thank you for your comment, Jaynoby. I am looking forward to enjoying sake again soon. I haven't had Kibotsuru in a while, but it's good 😊I'm also interested in the autumn sake called Mecha-Yami. 😳

Tomorrow we are moving to Sapporo after the meeting.
Let's make this one last 😅.
It has a good balance of sweetness, sourness and umami.
Good fruity taste👍👍

It has a nice aroma - sweet and slightly carbonated.
It's a refreshing sake👍.

Gion Festival special sake, followed by this one.
Smoother mouthfeel than before.
It has a strong umami flavor too 😊.

After party was at my favorite bar 😁.
We were able to get this one, which was limited to the Gion Festival 😳.
It's a little woody, perhaps from the wooden vat. Soft sourness and taste in the mouth. The lingering taste has a complex bitterness. I wonder if it is a peculiarity of aging 🤔.

Next, "Junmai" by Sairyu Yamato
🤔🤔Dry and crisp...
It's wicked to do a drinking comparison at the end 😆.
My taste buds are drunk😅.
Well, tomorrow is Sendai👍!

A summer limited edition sake of my favorite brand.
Summer sake is fizzy and a little spicy - or is it?
