Off-line meeting of Sake-no-wa Kansai Branch @ Sake Hall Masuya
The last drink of the first meeting was sogape.
No.6 yeast
Nama yeast
Miyamanishiki
I can't help but think of the blue one that is no longer around.
I can't help comparing them.
Both are delicious, but I miss the blue one that I can't buy anymore 😢.
I see that the magnum bottles are screw instead of cork.
I wish they'd make the 4-gallon screw too for storage reasons 🙄.
Thanks for the first round of reviews, bouken😊.
I just realized that the yeast, rice and method of making the blue thing is the same as the blue thing 🥹the flavor is totally different 😅.
Pon-chan, I've been posting a lot 😅I know Shinsei is different because it's a wooden vat, but I wonder if the climate and climate also make the taste different 🤔.

I didn't notice the label has changed, but it looks like I've been drinking it in the past. I haven't been able to drink Yuki no Bijin for a while and it's been on the back burner 😥.
I'm pretty sure they have a sake brewery in their condo just like Kamizo 🤔
It's gassy and has an Aizan feel to it (even though it's 20% Aizan😅) and is delicious.
Good evening, bouken😄.
The sake brewery is on the first floor of the apartment building. It looks like there used to be a regular sake brewery, but they built a condominium and moved it to the first floor 😆.

I was hesitant to order it because kan-san told me that the shinta kachiyo he drank at home was very subtle, but he said it was a different kind from the one he drank, so I ordered it.
It was a low-alcohol taka-chiyo. Unlike the usual takachiyos, they disclose the milling ratio 🙄.
It's thick like a noble sake. Sweet and sour.
It is a bit strong and may be different for different tastes.
It has a strong sweetness, but I think it's a little bitter😅.
Pon-chan laughed when I said it was pickle-like 😁.
I think it's right to describe it as "bran-like" like Mr. Sakeran!
Good morning, bouken: ☀️
I laughed when I remembered 🤣I was talking to everyone and was relieved to find out that Takachio also has many different tastes and preferences 😆 You are right about the pickles 🤣👍
Thank you, Mr. Bou 👋.
Oh, did I say that 💦?
Hahahaha💧.
This is the reason why I don't go to the sake crocodile for a quick drink ☝.
I can hardly remember the drinks that didn't leave an "impression" 💦 hahahaha 😅💦.

Freshness of the sake. Fruity, gorgeous and delicious.
I liked this Ganki after Tedorigawa among the sakes we drank at the first meeting, and I guess Kamizo was the third.
Good evening, bouken😃!
I know I'm quite late but congratulations on 2300 check-ins 🎉Your pace is too fast 😲Off-line meeting is great 🎵It's nice that all members in Kansai get together so well ✨.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake😃.
Thank you very much 🙏 I'm pretty watered down with outside drinking and tasting 😅I hope we can hold an offline meeting in Hokkaido too 😁.

I was looking forward to drinking kan sake....or heated sake, since kan-san is right in front of me 😁.
Kiryoyoshi.
It's a local brand from Hata Sake Brewery in Ojiro.
It is a junmai spec, but they treat it as a regular sake because it is made with Yamada-nishiki, which is a very rare type of sake.
Lukewarm? It wasn't that hot.
It's a classic type of sake, but with a sweet and sour taste.
It's junmai spec, but it's made with out-of-spec rice, so it seems to be treated as a regular sake. Mr. Sakeran said it tastes good warmed up or cooled down.
I wonder if it's different at room temperature.
A bottle of 2145 yen is very inexpensive.
It was made in February 2009 and shipped in March 2010, but I didn't feel any sense of aging.
Good evening, bouken!
I like the heated sake in the middle, it's a nice change of pace! It was delicious😊and made the next cold sake taste even better😊👍
Good evening, Ponchan 😊.
I was curious to try the Kyokashinou because it's very rare.
It was delicious but I felt something was missing and went for cold sake again 🤣.
Good evening, bouken😄.
I picked a sake cup, took a picture of it and sure enough, it looks like I was drinking this sake. But I have no memory of it 😂.

It's gassy, beautiful, rummy, and delicious.
I think it might be my favorite drink at the first party.
Good evening Maechen 😃
It's a little bit similar to the Jungin of Ishikawa Mon that I drank before, but I preferred the Hyakumangoku No Shiro 😋 Please try it if you see it 😊.

I feel a bit of roughness, perhaps from the natural yeast. It also has a woody feel, perhaps because it's made in a wooden vat. Would you prefer a little more sweetness?
Good morning bouken 😃
I didn't know there was Organic Naturals 😳⁉️ I'm sure there are quite a few alcoholic beverages I missed when I read other people's reviews 😅I can't help it if there's that much variety 🤣.

1401 yeast and rice are ferry.
Is the rice different depending on the BY? Some breweries list Yamadanishiki or Koshikagura. Yeast is also listed differently. I wonder if the yeast is different depending on the year.
Does it taste citrusy? Refreshing light type.
Light sweetness. Maybe a little too refreshing for me.
This is my first time drinking Sensation, so I can't compare, but someone said the black one has a stronger flavor.
Hi bouken, ☀️
I think the white might be sweeter 🤔I remember the black being less sweet. That's why the flavor is more noticeable than strong. Sorry for being so vague 🙏.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
I'd love to have a sweet and satisfying drink, but I'm not sure if I can find one.
I've been putting off Sensation for a long time so I won't give up drinking it at home 🤔.
Sorry to bother you again 🙇.
I'm just wondering if it was drinkable, so maybe not so much 💦 lol, the Shiki Theater has a lot of drinkable ones, but they are limited 😥... 😥.
Thanks for your comments on Kiriban 😆.
We will reply in due course 🙇.
I know the timeline is back and forth, but this is the first drink I had.
This is the sake that was served as an appetizer. The party started with this sake by Kyuzo's greeting 😁.
At this stage, Mr. Yoshimuchi found a bottle of Jigokin in the fridge 🤣It was not available for order 😢.
This is an unfiltered sake made with rice used for the celebration.
It was quite fruity, fire-brewed but fresh and delicious 😋.
It's written on the bottle that it's heated only once.
Good evening, bouken🌙
I recently noticed that Kyoto's sake is getting easier to drink 😅I need to relearn how to drink...
Nemuchi, you were on a roll right from the start 🤣.
Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
They are developing a variety of Kyoto's own yeast as well as sake rice, so that might have some influence 🤔.
Nemuchi you were full throttle 🤣.
Good evening Rafa 😃
I'm sure you'll have a good time if you come with me since I've been offered some drinks that are not on the list at some of the events 🤣.
