RyuJunmai Ginjo
Ripe mango
But it's refreshing
Good flavor on the palate.
Good taste ★4 オレぱんSake go-around: 2nd case, 3rd glass.
Tango no Hikari as a sake to be served.
It has a light acidity with a touch of astringency and bitterness (or perhaps it should be called "richness"), but the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
I had such a record with Kinmai 90 (rice rice) which I drank before... クリュグShirasugi Sake Brewery
Shukogyo, Omiya-cho, Kyotango City, Kyoto
Rice used : Tango Koshihikari
Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume
Sake Degree : ±0
Rice Polishing Ratio : 60
Soft and silky on the palate with a sweetness. It has a subtle fruity aroma and a grain aroma that is the original flavor of rice.
Because the rice is made from Tango Koshihikari, it is an excellent match with Tango ingredients and seafood.
First at room temperature, then chilled, and finally lukewarm!
Slightly sweet, slightly light.
