ジェイ&ノビィJ&N's commemorative 400 check-in ㊗️ was also Tochigi sake ‼️ and I was torn between several, but it was a limited edition sake, Heki-ban by Mida-san, who has a good reputation at Sake-no-wa 🤗.
The photo was taken in the park where we always go walking together, posing as sake photographers 😆.
I really wanted to time it with the 2nd anniversary of Sake-no-wa at the end of last month but 😅 my drinking speed couldn't keep up 😆.
Now I'm going to eat it 🎵
When you open the lid, you can smell the gorgeous aroma wafting through the air: ☺️
The first sip of this wine made me say, "Yummmm! It has a rich sweetness, but it also has a dryness that finishes off and is truly a perfect match for the word "mellow" 👍.
Thinking back, between 300 and 400 bottles, we had a lot of fun with the expansion of the Tochigi citizens' group, the participation of more big-name guests, and J&N's expedition to the Chugoku region and Kansai 😊.
We hope to spend a fulfilling third year in the future, first of all, taking care of our health and drinking happily together at ☺️ 😄.
Maybe we will visit your town 😆.

I know it's like I'm bound to love Tochigi 😅I'm thankful for the sake breweries in Tochigi that have such a great selection of sake to choose from 🥹. HiguMr. Nabeshima. No matter where I drink it, I never miss it.
It is a well-balanced bottle with acidity, umami, and sweetness. It has a fruity freshness with a bitter taste and good sharpness. ことりSecond fermentation in bottle, light nigori type.
Medium to slightly sweet. It is not the typical fruity and sweet bubbly! Rather than the typical fruity sweetness, this bubbly sake has a more robust sake flavor.... The lively bubbles were stimulating and refreshing.
It matched the fried chicken with sweet-and-sour sauce.
I preferred the sweet and sour floral and fruity flavor of Ichinen Fudo Sparkling on its own. ヤスサケMy first Collage at home 😆.
I bought it at Mashidaya.
The other one is from Mr. Mekada ✨.
The first sip, the aroma and sweetness is not so strong? I'm not sure if it's the alcohol or the fact that the image is too much.
I thought it was a little too much, but I left it alone for a bit.

But it tasted good and sharp 😄.

It has a light, sweet and sour taste! I was looking forward to opening the bottle 😊.
But when I tried it, it was delicious, but it didn't taste sweet and sour 🤔.
I was chilling it as it was written that "the youthfulness comes alive when chilled", but I wonder if it is too young for us😕😕I hate to admit it, Tsurukame's own mistake due to its youthfulness...
And Nobby said, 'I feel like this is better heated up ‼️' 😅 which overturns the very foundation.
The next day, we alternated between heated and cold sake!
I tried it cold and warmed, and it was great! I knew it was heated 😊Noby said it was better heated 😊I let it sit for a day.
I felt that the cold sake was also more tasty with the corners removed 😋.

Yes, at first I thought it tasted a bit weak 🤔, following the Kido the other day, but as I continued to drink it with my meal, the umami and bitterness from the firm and clean acidity came together nicely and turned into a bottle that I could calmly and carefully savor: ☺️
After drinking about 30% of the bottle cold, we both agreed that it would be different if it were heated ‼️
We were again joined by Mr. Nonbei Yokocho 🎵.

I used to shy away from heating sake because it was too fatherly, but recently I've learned that just warming it up a bit expands the flavor of the rice and it's very useful 😍.

This is also my first sake! It is a fukamori by Yamauchi Shuzo ❗It seems that only about 40 koku are produced, so it is rare in quantity.
The label said it was a "food sake" or "dry", so I chose it, wondering how it would taste, but....
It has a softer sweetness and mellowness than I expected. I could taste a little bitterness, but not so much that it bothered me. It is dry and easy to drink with a nice sharpness☺.

I think it's so easy to drink that your husband calls it water 😳. ことりJay & Nobby, good morning 😊 It's a peach-colored bottle with just the right amount of sweetness, and it's soft on the palate and down the throat, so it's very easy to drink 🤗Although the low alcohol content is nice, it's a bit expensive 😅but I wanted to try it, so it's good. ことりWe've been waiting for it...freshly squeezed new sake🤗
I opened it without waiting my turn in the fridge.
When I opened it, I had the impression that it had a strong sake flavor, but the aroma was mildly banana and melon? The sweet and sour flavor is similar to strawberry syrup, and the soft bitterness you can sense reminds you of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. There is also a slight gassy, slightly steamed rice flavor in the elegant sweetness, and a lingering acidity.
The first day after opening the bottle, it was a bit awkward, but on the second day, it was integrated and light, and the aroma changed to a subdued apple and peachy flavor.... I am happy to be able to taste the freshly squeezed flavor 😚. ことりIt is a junmai ginjo that can be tasted only by the brewer, and is bottled immediately after being pumped directly from the funakuchi, giving it a full sense of gasiness.
