ジェイ&ノビィA lot has been going on at work 😩 Finally a Sunday drink post 🤗.
Last weekend we had our usual 😅J&N split into two groups and visited each other's parents' homes! And as usual, we met again on Sunday evening 😊The sake chosen for the celebration was our second bottle of Fukkai-san ‼️ this time sparkling 🎉.
Carefully opened the bottle and poured the bubbles 🫧 into a Riedel glass 😙 and expectations are high!
The aroma is a bit greefy, but once you take a sip, you'll be surprised how good it is 😋 Dry and crisp, sparkling is always good 😍.
I had a bottle of Fukuda-san's Yamadanishiki Active Light Nigorigo a few months ago and it was like an evolution of that 🤗.
Such was the story of Sunday's reunion...
Weekend Nobby went out ahead of us on Friday, and Jay was late and started on Saturday! I was supposed to check the note 📝, close the shutters, turn off the lights 💡, turn off the air conditioner and check ☝️... and then leave 🤔.
On my way home on Sunday, I had a bad feeling that I had forgotten something 😰 and I had to come home earlier than Nobby to check 💦, but Nobby, who was home 5 minutes earlier than me, told me that the air conditioner was on...😳It was on from Saturday noon to Sunday evening😱I was shocked and drooped! Jay was kindly told by Nobby, "It's good that the room is cooled down and you can have dinner right away 😉" 😭. chikaRiedel is great, isn't it?

It was released under the Fukkai brand when I returned to Nagasaki in the winter, but I didn't go through with it, so I thought I would make sure to bring it home with me next time I return 💡. ジェイ&ノビィHi Yoohee 😃

We heard that the second brew of Bodaiyake was brewed in a wooden vat and immediately bought it.
The sake rice is dewy leaf wind, and the anticipation was high wondering what it would taste like 😄.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is fresh and sweet, and the fragrance of the wooden vat stands out.
In the mouth, the soft, light rice sweetness and acidity can be felt at the same time. The acidity quickly fades away, but instead the richness spreads.
Compared to Yamadanishiki, it is more refreshing. The flavor of the wooden vat is not as strong as that of Yamadanishiki.
It is a good pairing with dewy leaf style.
The low alcohol content and richness is the same as Yamadanishiki.
It is a delicious 🍶 sake. ことりIt is said to be a sake that incorporates wine fermentation techniques. The flavor is reminiscent of yogurt with a mix of banana, apple, white peach, and yellow peach. It was a clean sweet and sour taste with a wine atmosphere 😚. 
ジェイ&ノビィAfter all, the weekend trip to Ichikawa 🚙 was lost and we were able to drink again last Friday 😚 and the person chosen to be the star of the party was! We started with beer (‼️) to quench our thirst and then switched to sake (Japanese rice wine)!
We wanted something light and easy to drink, so we decided to go with a 13° sake called Natsu no Otosore 🤗.
We had a lot of people commenting on how much they wanted to try it 🥹, so we were looking forward to getting it 😙.

Actually, this is the second bottle of Yamanashi sake we've had 😅I've been wanting to try it for a while! Mashidaya started to carry it and Nobby got it for us 🤗.
It's not 'tan', it's 'dan' and it's muddy 🤔This sake is not nigori 😄.
The label is cool and summery with silver lettering ♬ I'll make love to you
The aroma is mild and sweet 😌.
I love the aroma and the taste is mildly sweet 😌.
But as you drink it, it has a strong umami and a sharp aftertaste 😋.
During the party, I talked to my son on the speaker phone and asked him about his latest news and we talked about his new hobby 😄As a result, my son sent me something this week. I'll let you know what it is later 😉.
The conversation with my son kept the drinks flowing 😋.
But we're adults here 😌 and switched to tea 🍵 with a little 🤏 left over.

I was shocked at how delicious it was.
I loved it,
Black, White and Peach.
To be honest, I was sad when the master brewer was replaced.
But after drinking Hakuten
I thought he was taking good care of the tradition.
Well, I can't tell the difference in taste...lol.
I know what I like and what I don't like.
I still like it.

The first sip is fluffy and sweet, yet crisp, with the faint smell of wooden vats providing a nice accent.
The aftertaste is like a lingering muscat flavor.
Despite the low alcohol content (13%), it is delicious with a robust flavor that remains.
Personally, I think I like it better than DIO Abita😍. 310427th bottle in 2024.

Last week I had 4 days off from Monday to Thursday 🥲 and on Friday night ‼️ I had a little bit of Kankoubai left over first 😋 I felt like it was even easier to drink after a few days 😊.
And then we blinked away the rest 😉 We continued to open a bottle of everyone's favorite 🌈 Kabutatsumushi ‼️
At J&N's house, we were talking about how we've been drinking it two years in a row, so maybe we don't need to drink it this year 🤔, but information about its availability was flying around on the Kenmin-kai line, and we were informed that this year it was printed on the bottle instead of a sticker 🧐, so we had to get it👍and Nobby got it. I had to buy it 👍 and Nobby got it.

A low-alcohol summer sake.
The mouthfeel is refreshing. Although the alcohol content is 13%, it leaves a strong lingering aftertaste.
Drink it slowly. たけるパパI bought a bottle of Moku Oke Bodai Hashiwa, but before I opened that one, I bought this one additionally.
Low alcohol 13%, clean on the palate with a firm aftertaste. Aftertaste is firm. Delicious. ことりSlightly hoppy aroma. Silky gasiness, slightly pinkish light nigori. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter...a little astringent, then rich in flavor.
Juicy fruitiness...lychee-like sweet and sourness and grapefruit-like bitterness are refreshing. The astringent taste, perhaps because it is made from hops, is also impressive.

Personally, I liked the second day better than the first day. Yanma16号 中採り 直詰め特別純米原酒生酒無濾過 ことりIt is a special junmai sake made with Nagori Yuki, a type of Uruchi rice suited to Niigata Prefecture's climate, which was revived over a period of about four years and used as the base rice.
Every time the bottle is opened, it makes a lively opening sound! The sound of the bottle being opened is very energetic! The aroma is sweet and gorgeous. A faint mushroom-like koji aroma is a little peculiar. The nose has a slight mushroom-like malt aroma, which I thought was a bit peculiar, but it also has a cocoa and cherry-like aroma, which is typical of low-temperature-aged sake.
Even after a couple of days, there is still a sense of fine gas. As the temperature rose, I could taste the concentrated sweet and juicy flavor 😋.
