At home in Tokyo 😄✨
We will have a New Year sake cup 🍶!
I can't go straight home, that's my nature.
I can't go home straight........
Wakakoma, stable fresh sweet horse 🐎🐎‼️😍
Alcohol content: 16
Gohyakumangoku
Rice polishing ratio: 80
At a sake bar in Tokyo.
The color is slightly yellowish and light nigori.
Slightly gassy and slightly carbonated, with an apple-like aroma.
The taste is noticeably sweet and sour, with a bitter aftertaste.
The acidity makes it refreshing, so it goes well with fatty grilled fish.
Of the two bottles I purchased, this is the one I have today.
I've had it before, but it seemed stranger than the banana feeling.
Now, I'll have it with motsu nabe (hot pot with vegetables).
Does it go well with leek?
🐎.
A freshly opened young piece.
Very fresh and fruity. If I drank it at home, I might have finished the whole bottle. I drank it before I even sat down 😆.
Also, this was my first Igarashi at the restaurant. It was fresh and easy to drink.
And then there was Toyooka, which I can't help but drink when I find it ❣️ I drank the exact same brand the next day too 😅.
I know I sound persistent, but the next day I was in Nagano early in the morning🤣.
Ane-san.
Good morning...Wakakoma is good 🤩As a horse racing fan, it is one of the sake I would like to try! I drank Toyoka for the first time the other day and was impressed by the great taste of such a delicious sake with great cost performance! There are many more delicious sakes out there!
Good evening, Mr. Koizo🌇.
I'm sure you've seen the picture of a horse on it, right? And if it's good, it's even better 😁Houka is also good to go back at Nagano station 😋.
Good morning, c.george 😃.
Congratulations on your trip to Nasu 🚗 and getting your first Wakakoma ㊗️ 🎉I hope you buy a lot of Tochigi sake🍶 as souvenirs!
Mr. Jay & Mr. Nobby
Hi 😃
I've been to Tochigi a couple of times and each time I look forward to buying some local sake 😊.
I hope we can go back around the end of the year and New Year.
Sourness clear to citrusy,
Apple and lightly banana-like flavors.
Juicy sweetness. Freshness.
A bit of a tangy, juicy texture,
The texture is fresh and light.
The subtle bitterness gives it depth.
The sharpness is refreshing.
4.5/5 for my favorite.
Fruity aroma and dry mouthfeel. The mild acidity gives it a sharpness and a long aftertaste along with the aroma. The more you drink... Ihyakumangoku. With cod roe and
