So, it's been 3 months since Urasato, and here's a bottle I bought because I was kind of curious about Nobby! This is the first time I'm drinking Watanobune. ‼️

And the problem was handled by the overseas Indian 🇮🇳 team, and I ended up calling them until after 8am and managed to get my authorization back. 😮💨

This season, we have reserved a bottle for you 🤗.
The opening sip has a ginjo aroma reminiscent of faintly clear ripe apples, a hint of apricot, and a pleasant microbubbly chili gas sensation in the glass on the tip of the tongue, followed by a soft spread of koji aroma and sweet umami flavor.
It has a clean finish with lingering acidity and minerality, but as time goes by, there is a sweetness with a hint of grape-like flavor.
As always, I found myself sipping it while exploring the bottle 🤤 I enjoyed the high quality flavor.

The cherry blossoms have begun to fall and the daytime heat is reminiscent of a summer day. We opened a bottle of this sake to moisten our thirst with a light-flavored sake.
The color is a light cloudiness with a purple tinge. What is it? The aroma...the taste...the grapes are Koshu, but it brought back fond and distant memories of drinking black grapes such as Campbell and Steuben when I was a child and having them juiced with their skins.
The bitterness of the hops and the fresh aroma are good, and the slight minerality and umami taste remind me of a fruity craft beer. I think it's perfect for a light lunchtime drink 😉.

The first sip is tangy, the mouthful is moderately sweet, and then it's clean and crisp with a bit of bitterness, I guess.

I haven't had a drink today due to various reasons 😅I had a drink before my anniversary 🌸 from Tochigi Sake 🤗.
I was worried it might be too sweet. I was worried that it might be too sweet, but it is true that the sweetness comes at first on the palate, but the nice acidity and the bitterness that follows it make it a refreshing drink 😚.
I knew it would be good 🥹!
The reason for all this is my physical exam 😓Jay is scheduled for 4/11 and Nobby for 4/12 😥I've had to go through a one month sober training before the exam for the past two years 😮💨 but since I've recently been taking a day off drinking in the first half of the week, I think I'll be fine! I've decided to scale back my sobriety to about 10 days this time 😤.

By the way, my sister's house and my father's apartment in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture are within walking distance from each other. My sister's house, where she teaches computer classes, was determined to be as strong as a pudding🍮 after an earthquake-resistance diagnosis and has been undergoing earthquake reinforcement work ⛑️ since the beginning of the year.
I visited the house last week to see that the reinforcement had been completed and to help move the luggage! The label says, "Like a dessert wine. Despite the harsh color, it has a moderate sweet-sourness like ripe strawberries and a gentle flavor. At 8.5% alcohol, it is easy to drink like a juice.

Fruity aroma reminiscent of whey and apples, richness and umami spread, and a slight drop-like sweetness. The squeaky, firm acidity and bitterness in the second half is also refreshing and nice. Minerality from where the oli comes into the mix. It's cute and delicious.
