The ginjo aroma is faintly reminiscent of melon or banana? The ginjo aroma reminds one of melon or banana, and the gentle taste of koji, umami, and richness fills the mouth. The moderate sweetness is completed by a slight spiciness and bitterness.
With each successive sip, it becomes sweeter and sweeter at room temperature.
The third one goes well with the Naga-mochi (rice cake) we got as a gift. It has a simple taste, but if you roast it a little, it becomes thicker and firmer.

The weekend is the most traditional 😆 We split into two groups for filial piety! We had our annual Sunday Reunion party!
The bottle chosen was one that Nobby had bought at a glance! This is actually our first Kamikimoto ‼️ and it's also our first time to know that Kamikimoto releases seasonal flavors to match the seasons in Japan😅The blue label with snowflakes ❄️ is beautiful ☺️

I'm going to make love to you! I was worried that the knobby I bought might be too sweet 😋, but it's not, and the bitterness in the aftertaste makes it a refreshing bottle 😚.
By the way, my sister's house and my father's apartment in Ichikawa, Chiba Prefecture are within walking distance from each other. My sister's house, where she teaches computer classes, was determined to be as strong as a pudding🍮 after an earthquake-resistance diagnosis and has been undergoing earthquake reinforcement work ⛑️ since the beginning of the year.
I visited the house last week to see that the reinforcement had been completed and to help move the luggage! Along with the reinforcement, the interior was also cleaned ✨I felt the whole room was brightened up 😊I'm glad that the computer class was able to resume as scheduled and the students are relieved 👍.
So the house is now sturdy, but we may need to do some earthquake reinforcement ourselves soon 😆.

I was curious about Sawahime's Peach Color Nigori after Tsubu-chan's post! ...but the cap and label are something different 🤔.
I'm not sure if it's a red yeast sake, but is it a raw sake or a fire-aged sake? I was nervous when I opened the bottle, thinking that it might spew like Sawahime's nigori sake that I opened earlier... but it quietly popped😳The ori also remained at the bottom.
What was that? What a surprise!
The label says, "Like a dessert wine. Despite the harsh color, it has a moderate sweet-sourness like ripe strawberries and a gentle flavor. At 8.5% alcohol, it is easy to drink like a juice.
The next day, it was like a light whey drink with an increased whey feeling and flavor.

Well, when I opened the bottle, I heard a sizzling sound, but there was a slight gas feeling. I don't think there is much of a sizzle.
Maybe it's because I let it sit.
I hear that Miyama is refreshing, but it has a gentle umami flavor and is 13 degrees, so you can drink it even if you don't have an entrée.
It has little acidity like Snoqualmie and is very mild.
I enjoy it very much,
It makes me want to drink Snoqualmie.

Wonderfully clean taste.
ORIGAMI...I tend to drink it without mixing it as much as possible these days.
If it mixes while pouring, so be it.
Fruity aroma reminiscent of whey and apples, richness and umami spread, and a slight drop-like sweetness. The squeaky, firm acidity and bitterness in the second half is also refreshing and nice. Minerality from where the oli comes into the mix. It's cute and delicious.
The one from the end of last year is still jamming😅.

By the way, tickets for last Saturday's basketball game were quite expensive 😳The seats near the court behind the bench were 20,000 over 😱We were seated on the first floor, which was fairly close to the court, but the seats were narrow with pipe chairs lined up tightly together 💦Those seats cost 7,500 yen per person!
If you think about it, one seat can buy 4 bottles of No.4...that's 12 bottles for 3 people sitting here ⁉️ no no no no no 😆 I keep thinking like that 😆.
Still, it was a valuable experience that you can't get unless you go 🥹.

Last week I was late getting my past drinking up 😅 during which time I had a solid 4 days of liver rest Monday-Thursday 😌.
And last weekend, I was out again for a filial piety visit to my parents' house, so I couldn't do any writing 📑 during that time 💦 I'll post the weekend's worth again after a delay!
So first of all, the bottle I got on Friday, which I hadn't had in a while, was another bottle of Tenmi-san ‼️, which Nobby had gotten when he saw Miki Fujioka's name on the label 🤗Deca 👍.
I haven't had Tenmi since I had Momoten in February 2022, so it's been a whopping 2 years 😳 since we've met. And it was my first time to drink Kuroten😄I knew I was going to drink Tenbi on that day and I thought 🤔 Riedel rather than gulp down and when I came back from work, Riedel was on the table! Quite the noobie I know👍.
I was nervous 🤔 that it might be too sweet for those of us who have been drinking more dry wine lately!

The aroma is mildly fruity 😌.
The sweetness that we were worried about has been welcomed and the good acidity creates a refreshing taste 😌.
What will happen when the toji changes? Our taste buds may never know 😆.

I saw Aladdin's post last December and I had to buy it ‼️ and added it to Nobby's shopping list 📝 and got it👍!
The last time I drank it was in the spring of two years ago 😅It's been a long time since I've had a cup of Mimurosugi 🤗.

The bottle opened surprisingly easily and I started with the supernatant first.
The aroma is of fruit rumne ☺️ and it is very carbonated when poured into a gulp!
The first sip is sweet, sour and juicy 😋 It's so easy to drink at 13 degrees Celsius, it's like ⁉️ you bought a juice by mistake? It's like a juice by mistake 😆.
Mix in a splash of Ory and it's creamy but not too sweet and refreshing 🤗.
I opened it after drinking half a bottle of Sawaya Matsumoto, and it went down in a blink of an eye, but we're adults and stopped with about 2cm left 👍No point in leaving it 🤣.
By the way Izakaya Shinkansen 2 has started 😊.
We had never heard of this show until now 😅we watched the past episodes on Netflix and we had a blast 🤗.

Okay ❗️ let's walk to the supermarket about 2km one way and buy some snacks 😤 and then I got sucked into a dumpling 🥟 store and got some freshly baked dumplings 🤗.
I walked home as fast as I could because I wanted to eat right away and I think I probably had a new 🆕 section 😆.
As soon as I got home, I snapped a piece of grilled gyoza 🥟😊 and gulped down a beer for the first time in a long time!
I knew this combination was the best 😍.
