This is one of the items I purchased at Mashidaya.
Even though I had some sake lying around in the fridge, I couldn't resist buying a bottle of spring sake,, Momoten, I couldn't resist.
Tenbi, I didn't have a chance to buy it, so this is my first time.
The raw material rice is Yamadanishiki.
Polishing ratio is 60
The alcohol content is 15%.
It has a light cloudy color with a slight haze.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is fresh, like a rummy.
When you take a sip, the light, not-too-sweet flavor spreads.
The aftertaste is pleasantly sharp, with a light bitterness that is pleasantly crisp.
The lingering aftertaste makes you want to drink more. It has a delicious taste that makes it easy to drink.

This is one that I purchased at Mashidaya before I cut back on alcohol.
It has been sitting in the refrigerator for some time, and now it is time to open the bottle.
The sake rice is Aiyama from Tojo Eifuku Village in Hyogo Prefecture
The rice polishing ratio is undisclosed.
The alcohol content is a low 12 degrees. Fire-aged sake.
The aroma when the bottle is opened is soft and elegant with a gorgeous fragrance. Not too sweet.
When you take a sip, it has a soft mouthfeel. It is soft and has a slightly effervescent taste. Aromatic sweetness and umami spread gently in the mouth. A fresh and light acidity spreads along with the sweetness to finish the taste.
It is easy to drink, with a clear, clean taste. The sweetness lingers slightly in the mouth. Delicious.
Enjoy it slowly and savor it.

I was curious about this place because I saw it on Mashidaya's SNS and T.KISO was also drinking it, so I asked Nobby to run an errand for me along with Sawahime12 🤗.
Here is "Mimuro Sugi" which I haven't drank at home for more than a year since Orikagarami ‼️

I took a sip and the umami army came in with a bang, and then the acidity team came in with a bang 😊Well, I mixed the oli with ‼️ with everyone else and it made it even more consistent and definitely more tasty 😋.
By the way, my daughter and her boyfriend 🇺🇸 are finally coming to our house this weekend😊and in preparation for that, I took an English conversation lesson with voice translation on my phone while drinking this day 🧑🏫
As we were talking, I googled 🤔 to find out how to say cram school in English and came up with cram school.
I tried to pronounce it as "cram" and the voice translation heard [crime: crime] and said 🤨No, no, no! You don't have a crime school 😠.
Okay! And when I said it with a slightly different pronunciation, this time it was heard as grandmother: ☹️...ehh, I can't get through that much 😫....
Well, they say that body language is 55% of the impression a person gives to others when they speak 😅I guess that's where Nobby, who is very good at this, comes into play 🤗.

Sawa Hime 🤗.
The label was renewed in Japanese style with a motif of "juni-hitoe" (twelve-layered kimono), which is a Japanese word for "princess" and "12" in the name of Sawa-hime.

I'll make love to you! It has a gentle taste and ☺️ is light but has a strong umami on top 😋 It gets better and better the more you drink it 😙.
The label on the back says "light and delicious junmai-shu" which is exactly what it says: ‼️ I think this is a perfect bottle for sake beginners!
And the entrée of the day was a delivery of kamameshi and sashimi set that my daughter arranged for us for our anniversary 🥹 Thank you very much for your help 😌.

This is one that I purchased at Mashidaya even though I had stock.
The sake rice is Omachi. Polishing ratio is 50%.
The aroma upon opening the bottle was of sweet, mellow bananas.
The first sip has a mildly sweet mouthfeel.
The rich flavor of Omachi can be felt in the mouth. While the umami and sweetness are felt, a mild acidity spreads in the mouth and finishes it off.
The lingering aftertaste is sweet and fluffy.
The flavor is more pronounced and delicious when served in a flat cup sake cup.
This is my best sake since I resumed drinking.
Enjoy it slowly.

Speaking of Urakasumi... back in the day when my father could drink sake, whenever I went home to my parents' house, Urakasumi Zen always came out and he proudly said 👍"It's important that this Zen is on the back👍"😄I remember we used to drink it together all the time 😌.
We were not at all familiar with Sake at that time 😅I don't think it's too much to say that we only knew Urakasumi Zen 😆When we invited overseas guests who used to come to our office to our house, we gave them some as a souvenir 😌.
I was attracted by the beautiful blue label on Mashidaya's social networking site and added it to my shopping list for Nobby 🤗.

The aroma is slightly reminiscent of melon and cherry drops 🙂 The finish is mellow, but seems to be balanced by the acidity.
When you mix in the ori, it has a milky rice flavor reminiscent of white rice dumplings and a lingering umami taste on the tongue that is also nice 😚.
