This is Yonesuru's summer limited edition sake 🌻 Firefly label! The rice used is 100% Dewanosato, the rice polishing ratio is 65%, and the Alc is 14. 🏝️ I think I like the summer limited edition sake the best among the four seasons because it has a slightly lower Alc and is easier to drink 🐰✨. Dewa-no-sato is a cross between Dewa-sansatsu and Ginbuki, a rice developed in Yamagata Prefecture for sake brewing. Yamagata Prefecture is also active in the development of rice suitable for sake brewing, and has the second largest number of such rice after Hyogo Prefecture. It has a fresh aroma with a soft umami flavor, followed by a refreshing acidity and a bitter aftertaste typical of Japanese sake. It is very easy to drink and well balanced💘 It's a good summer sake after all~🏝️ It's not too assertive, so it's easy to pair with dishes, and it complemented my light-flavored meat and potatoes 🎶.

I opened it on our wedding anniversary 🐰. The rice used is Hachitan-Nishiki, milling ratio 40%, Alc 16. The label is PREMIUM, not the usual sparkling label, but I don't know what's premium about it😅. The floral aroma from the pineapple 🍍 from the top aroma 💕 Ohhhh, the smell alone is delicious! It's still pineapple🍍 in the mouth It's been a long time since I've had a Huayangyu, but I think it's less sweet than anything I've had before. The aroma lingers, but the sweetness is light, so it's easy to drink and can be used as a food wine 🎶. It's still delicious 🥰It's the perfect sake for those who love sweet and sour 🎶. Even my anti-Yamada husband was drinking it, saying it was delicious and not too sweet!

Sake called Hou no Mai AGEHA NO MAI 🐰 Sake made with Koiomachi rice, which was also bred in Hiroshima, using a newly developed yeast in Hiroshima called Hiroshima Reiwa No.1 ✨ I'm a meek person, so I had to buy it ❗ Koiomachi rice is a newly developed sake rice that has been further improved from the improved Omachi rice, with a milling ratio of 55% and an Alc of 15. Uitate aroma is like grapes 🍇. The taste on the palate is like eating a grape 🍇✨ with a bit of bitterness afterwards, like eating a grape with the skin on! I like it a lot 💕This is delicious! The sake level is +7, so it has a sharp aftertaste and you can drink more and more! After 3 days, the top-tasting aroma had a hint of banana. I want to buy this sake again 🎶.

I bought this sake because I liked the label 🐰🌸 I finally started posting about April, but May is over today😅The months are flying by so fast these days! This is my first time drinking 🌸. It says the rice used is Misato Nishiki with a milling ratio of 60% and an alc of 16 and the yeast is Kurage Isolated Kameyama Yeast. The fragrance is modest and the taste of rice is soft and gentle. It is easy to drink with a sake level of +3, but it has a gentle sharpness. It has a mild, spring-like flavor that is perfect with any dish. It went well with the buttery sautéed Hokkaido asparagus that I splurged a bit on🎶.

Not my usual Hiran but my first time buying a bottle ✨. The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Hachitanishiki with a milling ratio of 60%, Alc 15 and Sake degree +12. It says "extremely dry" on the bottle, so I was prepared for it to be dry, but when I sipped it, the gentle aroma, the contoured acidity, and the umami of the rice came rushing in one after another 🥰. And since it is so refreshing and crisp, you can drink more and more 💕. I've had a few outings with Hiran and liked it, but I'd like to try more of their sakes!

I've been wanting to drink it for a while now 🐰🐰🎶. This is a new brand created by Motosaka Sake Brewery in Mie Prefecture in 2021. This sake is brewed with naturally grown rice in a traditional sake brewing method based on the concept that sake brewing goes back to agriculture. The rice used is ancient rice ✨ISE-NISHIKI, which was revived by Motosaka Shuzo, with a milling ratio of 65% and an Alc of 16. The KINO made with naturally grown rice costs close to 4,000 yen for 720ml, so this white label is made with Ise-Nishiki, which is not naturally grown, even though it is made with the same structure. Still, it is a bit expensive at around 2,500 yen💦. Since it is a new brand sake, I imagined it would be a modern sake, but it is a very classic sake🙀. It has a robust and powerful flavor that is the complete opposite of flamboyant and elegant. If I were to use an analogy, it would be like a man who is rugged and uncommunicative, but you feel at ease with him 💕. I thought it was great that it was bold but not too peculiar, and that it cut through cleanly. I would like to compare it with naturally grown rice someday 🌸.

Hokkaido Gourmet Trip ✨ for two nights and three days from March 19 to 21. When I told my boss at work that I was going to Susukino, he recommended the sake bar "Nyagorin", so I went there. The lineup of Sake is as expected from the boss's recommendation ❗Mama-san is very particular about her Sake, and there are a variety of Sake that have been carefully laid down to mature and can only be consumed here ✨😆😆. The water served at the restaurant is also brewing water that Mama herself went to a Hokkaido sake brewery to fetch, and this time it was from Otokoyama Sake Brewery. The fourth glass was Otters ✨. It was a rare choice for Danna, who likes a clear and refreshing sake. This Craft DASSAI series was a challenge brewed by two young Otter employees working together, and it came with a profile of the employee. Nevertheless, it tastes elegant and fruity as it is 39% Yamadanishiki polished rice. Nyagorin participated in last year's Go Around sake event and the brewery they teamed up with was Otters ✨The most well-known Otters in the world, even in Yamaguchi Prefecture, cooperated with Nyagorin for the event 💦That's awesome❗❗At any rate, this is the first one, so I'm done with this one. The third sake was the Sanbana ✨✨! It's a sake from Tochigi Prefecture, but you can only drink it here for the first time and the production year is November 2019 🐰🎶. I've only had the Sanbana sake once in the past for a drink outside, so I don't know the difference in aging, but it tastes just as good as I remember it tasting 🥰. The third photo is the tsukidashi set of the day, and Nyagorin is free to bring in any food. However, only soup curry is not allowed.

The second brewery was new to me, so I registered a new brand when I made this post. The year of production is 5.1, so I guess January 2023😅. The rice used was Ebetsu-grown Comet with a milling ratio of 60% and an alc of 17. It is a dry sake with a strong flavor typical of unfiltered nama sake. It has a clean, crisp taste and you can tell it was carefully brewed without being heavy ✨.

The first sake we chose was the Otokoyama brewery's limited edition sake from the Otokoyama brewery festival in May of 2010 ✨. A spring-like low-alcohol 11° sweet 🥰 with cherry blossoms and Nishikigoi printed on the bottle. It's easy to drink with a fruity sweet taste that girls love 💘It's the first drink, so it's a light aperitif.

Ponchan Thank you also 🐰 I didn't even know if this sake is junmai or junmai ginjo and I looked on Otokoyama's web store but it wasn't listed. Makes me want to buy a bottle ✨.

Sake 🐰🎶 given to me as a souvenir from Toyama Freshly Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama ✨, a seasonal brew It's been a while since I've had a classic sake, as I tend to gravitate towards my favorite ginjoshu or trendy ones when I buy them myself! It has a softness of raw sake and is easy to drink despite its Alc of 16. It has a delicious rice flavor, but the softness on the palate is probably due to the 55% rice polishing ratio ✨. Special Honjozo✨I learned once again that I really like this kind of sake for a mid-meal drink 🎶.

Okayama is famous for its Omachi✨. This sake is made so that even the unmatched Omachi rice is not wasted. The Urahyakumon we drank before was also brewed with out-of-equality Omachi rice, and it was very delicious! Gozenshu is made from Omachi rice of the third grade or lower, polished to a 50% polishing ratio. Since they put so much time and love into a sake that can only be sold as a regular sake, there is no reason why it can't be delicious! In the first place, we don't want Omachi rice to have a clean taste without any impurities 🐰ww. It says that the cap may blow off when opening the bottle, but it did 💨. It has a full rice flavor with a touch of gas and a lingering bitterness that is typical of sake, making it well-balanced and easy to drink ✨It goes well with any food. Omachi is delicious after all 🥰.

I had been curious about the third oldest sake brewery in Japan, Hiraizumi✨. And then I found it: Hama-ya Yeast ❗ I was so curious about the sake made from the yeast from the Hama-ya that was enshrined in the brewery 🐰. The rice used was Akita Sake Komachi, and it is a Junmai Daiginjo with a polishing ratio of 50% and an Alc of 16. The head aroma is a little sour. When you put it in your mouth, you can smell the ginjo aroma of a daiginjo, and the soft acidity brings out the freshness of the sake. The sweetness is moderate, and the balance between acidity and sweetness is elegant. It goes well with consommé soup with cabbage rolls made from spring cabbage, and the acidity of the sake enhances the sweetness of the cabbage, so you can eat it endlessly.
