I bought this sake because I liked the label 🐰🌸
I finally started posting about April, but May is over today😅The months are flying by so fast these days!
This is my first time drinking 🌸.
It says the rice used is Misato Nishiki with a milling ratio of 60% and an alc of 16 and the yeast is Kurage Isolated Kameyama Yeast.
The fragrance is modest and the taste of rice is soft and gentle. It is easy to drink with a sake level of +3, but it has a gentle sharpness.
It has a mild, spring-like flavor that is perfect with any dish.
It went well with the buttery sautéed Hokkaido asparagus that I splurged a bit on🎶.
