Hokkaido
Special junmai sake
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 15%.
The sweet aroma is pleasant.
In the mouth, it has a strong sweetness.
Although it is a sake brewed using the traditional sake yeast, it does not have a lactic acid smell and has a strong alcohol taste, so it is very drinkable.
It has a refreshing aftertaste and can be drunk in large quantities.
Sake that goes well with sushi is supervised by a sushi chef in Hokkaido.
Hokkaido's sushi artisans supervise the brewing of sake that goes well with sushi. Otokoyama's Tsumatsumari.
We had it while picking up seafood sushi from Hokkaido. It has a refreshing taste and does not interfere with the sushi.

Gomenzake was a title given by the Edo Shogunate to sake that was treated as an official sake 🧐.
That's very prestigious ✨.
Moist and deep-rooted flavor.
Is this a thicker flavor? 🤔, but it quickly pulls away and ends before you can say "oh...".
The sharpness that ends just one step before satisfaction is superb ✨.
Hiro-san, good evening. It is said that "Sake is made from Kenryo and Otokoyama" was said in the mid to late Edo period. I heard that the Edo period brewery of Kenrishi is now gone and it is now called Kenrishi. The brand power must have been great 😊.
Good evening, AAJI 😃.
I see! I'm learning a lot 📚.
I guess Otokoyama must have been great too, since they say "Sake is ‾".
I personally am not disappointed that "Masamune" is not mentioned 😭
Good evening, Hiro-san.
Otokoyama and Kenryo were both originally founded in Itami, and the old pine tree that still exists in Itami today also calls itself Gomenzake, so maybe Itami sake itself is a prestigious sake 🤔.
Hi bouken 😃
I did a little research. I heard that during the Edo period, Itami's sake was highly regarded and became the shogun's gozenzake 🧐 and Oimatsu was similarly recognized by the Edo Shogunate. Thanks for your comment 😄 I now have more knowledge.
(These are my impressions from my stupid tongue)
First sip
Liqueur! It feels like a liqueur!
This goes well with ice and soda!
2nd day
Suddenly it became spicy!
3rd day
Is it the unique aroma of old sake? The aroma became stronger. The mouthfeel has become mellow.
4th day
It has become mellow.
The aroma became fruity and brandy-like.
When I mixed it with carbonated soda, I felt the sake was present in the sweetness and fruity flavor.
OTOKOYAMA SAKE PARK
There is a museum, you can get delicious water, play in the park, and there is a café inside the store, so it was a great place for the whole family to enjoy 😄.
I found this bottle at Belk in Shirane, Isehara, on my way home from Workman's and bought it. Next time, I hope to visit Otokoyama on the main line. I couldn't find any Shishisuhea, so I'll skip it this time. It is good for a "light evening drink". So, the sparkling sake from the northern land was delicious 🙇.
I thought I'd be off tomorrow...
I had to go to work for a while... and I look like this 😩.
It's cold... 🥶.
At times like this, I feel like drinking 🍶.
I heard they have grilled sardines.
Then, I'll have some sake that goes well with it. ❗️
I recommend
✨40% polished rice
100% Hokkaido sake rice polished to 40
Now, take a sip... it's delicious!
Fruity in the mouth!
Ricey umami.
The soft taste is good!
Slightly sweet taste is also good!
The bitter taste from the liver of grilled fish.
Otokoyama 🍶🍶.
From 😩 to 😚 to 😋 to 😩 to 😚 to 😋 to the end
I came home with a face like this🥴.
Hi, Shishigami 😃
The bitter taste of liver 😋kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.
I guess 🥴 face 🤤 in front of you at the store and 😪 as soon as you get home 😄.
Jay & Nobby Good evening!
Thank you for your comment........................
Yes, it is ❗️
The bitterness of the liver is what makes the 😌.
Gulp 🍶😋🍶😋.
I was in a happy mood 🤗.
I had a blast that day! 😴
