It has a subtle sweetness, but I think it would have a stronger sweetness if it were kitashizuku.... It also seems to be dry and sharp. Personally, I would like a little more flavor.

Easy to drink and refreshing like a daiginjo, but with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and delicious flavor.
I think it's inevitable that Hokkaido sake goes well with fish (⁉︎), and this sake goes well with fish too!
