I bought it at half price at a local supermarket to try it out.
My first bite was "Oh, no!
But from the second sip, it was sweet, but not too sweet that I was disgusted.
It's almost like a sweet sparkling wine with a little sake aftertaste. Well, it's like a juice.
Sake rice→100% Hokkaido sake rice

Alcohol content: 7 degrees Celsius
This is my first time at the brewery again.
Again, this time it was one of the sake I purchased because they did not have the sake I was looking for.
Lately, I seem to be buying more and more of the standard sake on the shelf as well as in the fridge.
Despite being a dry twice-heated sake, it had a strong sweet taste, but after letting it sit for about a week, the sweetness subsided and the spiciness and bitterness became more pronounced. There is a lingering aftertaste.
Since this sake is from Hokkaido, it would be good to sip it while sitting in a kotatsu and enjoying a pot of hot pot.

Today is the second day of my business trip. ‼️ Last night I had Robatayaki with my relatives who came to Hokkaido by themselves! I enjoyed sake from Kushiro and Nemuro, and tonight I drank alone at the hotel ✌😚🍺🍺.
I opened a bottle of this one with cabbage shabu-shabu and octopus sashimi 🙌Tonight I'm not too disappointed with this special junmai ‼️ another local Hokkaido sake 🎉the price is too cheap and I'm very worried 🥺 but I guess I'll just say failure is success....
The aroma is sweet and tasty 😋 The initial attack is sweet rice, then the spiciness comes and mixes with the sweetness, delicious 😋 I found a good sake with great cost performance👍.
Now I wonder if they sell it in Chiba?
