Slightly grayish and clear, with aromas of jasmine, melon, pear, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with gentle acidity, mild sweetness, and a rather long finish.
I thought it was a delicious sake with a crisp, easy-to-drink acidity that quickly disappears along with the firm sweetness of the rice and a clearly perceptible bitterness.
Sold only in Hokkaido.
The rice polishing ratio is 50%. It has a mellow, deep flavor. The label is "White Illusion" by the late photographer Shinzo Maeda.

Otokoyama's Autumn Sake for the aftermath of the recent trip to Hokkaido.
It has a refreshing sweet and spicy taste with a bitter chocolate aftertaste at the end.
