The specialty "Kishimigaki" at Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station.
On the last day of our trip to Hakodate, we enjoyed it on the Shinkansen on our way back to Hakodate✨.
The day before was Shibotan, so we went with Otokoyama. It was sharp, refreshing, and served with simmered chicken and daikon, salmon and ankimo meuniere 😋 #Yaohiro #Yaohiro Tsujido #Tsujido #Fujisawa
Today at Otokoyama. The sweetness is restrained, crisp and refreshing. We had it with croquette, filet cutlet, and fried salmon 😋 #Yaohiro #Yaohiro Tsujido #Tsujido #Fujisawa
I had the pleasure of drinking this morning's sake from Otokoyama Shuzo at the end of this year's fiscal year. It was a powerful sake that shattered my head with a full swing. This sake, which is made by Otokoyama Shuzo, is freshly pressed and ready to drink, is high in alcohol content and dry. It can be paired with meat, fish, and everything in between. The only drawback is that it runs out quickly and can only be purchased at Otokoyama Shuzo. We hope to drink it again!
The color is light amber like old sake.
The aroma is a combination of crisp acidity and the fullness of rice.
As the name suggests, it has a milky, chocolate-like sweetness with a surprisingly clean aftertaste that never gets boring.
Smooth texture on the tongue
Today at Otokoyama. It is crisp and refreshing with less sweetness. I had it with sansho jako tofu, octopus, and grilled barracuda 😋 #yaohiro #yaohiro tsujido #tsujido #fujisawa
It was dry right after opening, but when I put it in the fridge and drank it again after 3.4 days, it felt mellow and sweet and I liked it at once.
According to the chat GPT, the oxidation may have softened the sharpness of the dry taste.
I guess this is one way to enjoy it!
