I'm interested in [Sake made exclusively for Sushi, supervised by Sushi chefs in Hokkaido] 🙄.
It has a soft, modern, slightly dry and refreshing taste. It's perfect as a food sake 😋 It's also a nice contrast to Toyo Bijin 😋.
...Now that the 4-gouge bottle given to us by Shinshin-san is empty, it's time for us to go home, right?
I had this wine at the harbor restaurant in Wakkanai, the northernmost point of Japan. Slightly green apple and rice aromas, slightly sweet in the mouth, very refreshing. Simple structure and low alcohol. Great for a toast, the northernmost point, the northernmost voyage!
Pairing: Wakkanai Sarutobi Scallops and Soya Wagyu Steak.

Otokoyama Koshoku Nii Nii Yoshi" is from Otokoyama, Asahikawa, Hokkaido.
It is a great value sake made by blending the stock before the new year's brewing, and has a variety of complex flavors.
ICHIGOU is a store specializing in single sake bottles that I found when I stopped by Kamata on a business trip to Tokyo.
The space is small, but the shop is a corner in front of the hotel's front desk, lined with sake ichigou bottles from all over Japan, from the north to the south.
It's fun.
I chose some rare small sake bottles. Good souvenirs.
First check-in in Hokkaido. There are Otokoyama in Niigata, Fukushima, Yamagata, and Miyagi, but this is the northernmost Otokoyama.
The aroma is like a pear,

The taste is full and rich,
It is tangy on the tip of the tongue,
It is dry,
The aroma and umami are fuller when heated up,
The astringency is a little stronger, but it is refreshing and delicious.
