兎御殿
This is Yonesuru's summer limited edition sake 🌻 Firefly label! The rice used is 100% Dewanosato, the rice polishing ratio is 65%, and the Alc is 14. 🏝️ I think I like the summer limited edition sake the best among the four seasons because it has a slightly lower Alc and is easier to drink 🐰✨. Dewa-no-sato is a cross between Dewa-sansatsu and Ginbuki, a rice developed in Yamagata Prefecture for sake brewing. Yamagata Prefecture is also active in the development of rice suitable for sake brewing, and has the second largest number of such rice after Hyogo Prefecture. It has a fresh aroma with a soft umami flavor, followed by a refreshing acidity and a bitter aftertaste typical of Japanese sake. It is very easy to drink and well balanced💘 It's a good summer sake after all~🏝️ It's not too assertive, so it's easy to pair with dishes, and it complemented my light-flavored meat and potatoes 🎶.

Good evening 🐰 bunny 🌙 This sake looks delicious💕You're right, even if it's hard to drink, summer sake might be easier to drink😊I was thinking of holding off this year and drinking something classic or undrinkable, but I'm already wavering 😆.

Good morning, Pon-chan 🐰. I love seasonal sake because I have a weakness for the word 🐰, limited ✨. And seasonal sake goes well with the seasonal taste of the season 💕.
