Sweet, but tasty, just like its name, melon.
The aroma is also melon. But as expected of a junmai ginjo-shu
The taste is perfect.
Polishing ratio is 55
Sake from a brewery I've never seen before.
I wanted to buy some sake with a zodiac sign label, so I bought a packet!
It has a great aroma. Easy to drink and a little bitterness? A little bitterness lingers.
Kure, Hiroshima Prefecture. Enoki Sake Brewery Co.
Hana Hato: "Nama Nigori Sake from the noble brewery."
Purchased at a sake shop in Nara, which stocks many unique (and perverted) sake.
I had been aiming for this sake for a year.
I struggled with it for a long time when I opened the bottle.
When I turned the cap, it showed no sign of spurting and only bubbles were slowly rising.
I thought it was totally safe...but the bubbles stirred up the lees at the bottom, and the bubbles suddenly appeared and rose.
I was almost blown out.
The color was a cloudy white with a slight yellowish tinge.
The top aroma is softly koji aroma and a little alu aroma.
The mouthfeel is interesting, and from the viscous flow of slurried koji, the tongue feels the stimulation of bubbles that pop and swell up like shwash and moshamosha.
The koji and alu aroma like sweet sake that passes through the nose, and the characteristic mouthfeel is overlaid with a rich umami and sweetness that has quite an impact.
Although it has a sake level of -49, it is not sweet but refreshing, and the aftertaste is surprisingly bitter-dry and sweet-bitter.
It is a unique sake with a nigori (nigori is a color of sake) and kijozo (a type of sake made from noble liquors) character.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), sake (junmai-shu, domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 16%.
Good evening, Ponchan 🌛I was curious about the Ponchan review and happened to get the one I've been after 😁The bottle changed color and the sake level was -49 this season 🤣I think it has enough character to be called a weird sake 😋.
The last sake of the year. Hana Hato satisfies me no matter what I drink.
A gorgeous sake with a good balance of umami and acidity and a touch of fruitiness. Delicious!
This is the kind of sake that you'd expect.
It is quite fruity. However, perhaps because it is made with pears in mind, the sweetness is a little subdued.
But that is what is good about it. The aftertaste is also very sharp and well integrated at a high level. It is very tasty and there is no doubt about it.
But to say that it is melon and pear is an overstatement.
Precious sake blend,
I was curious as soon as I saw it.
I bought it.
It's a sweet sake, isn't it?
Good, good, good,
It opens easily without any fizziness.
I took a sip while cooking.
Hmmm..,
It might be a tasty and spicy sake,
According to the data, it has a Sake strength of -15%,
It's not too sweet or too spicy, but it's a delicious sake.
It is not too sweet and not too spicy.
The bottle was opened on the 29th of last month, so there was nothing else to do but eat meat.
It went well with the meat and was delicious.
I've been drinking sake so fast that I haven't had any beer yet,
I'm going to take a break from drinking beer today.
