兎御殿
Hokkaido Gourmet Trip ✨ for two nights and three days from March 19 to 21.
When I told my boss at work that I was going to Susukino, he recommended the sake bar "Nyagorin", so I went there.
The lineup of Sake is as expected from the boss's recommendation ❗Mama-san is very particular about her Sake, and there are a variety of Sake that have been carefully laid down to mature and can only be consumed here ✨😆😆.
The water served at the restaurant is also brewing water that Mama herself went to a Hokkaido sake brewery to fetch, and this time it was from Otokoyama Sake Brewery.
The second brewery was new to me, so I registered a new brand when I made this post.
The year of production is 5.1, so I guess January 2023😅.
The rice used was Ebetsu-grown Comet with a milling ratio of 60% and an alc of 17.
It is a dry sake with a strong flavor typical of unfiltered nama sake. It has a clean, crisp taste and you can tell it was carefully brewed without being heavy ✨.

Good morning kan-san 🐰
It's great that you went to Nyagorin from among the many restaurants in Susukino ✨ It's true that the mama's character and love for sake was quite strong 🤣.
