Very cute jacket😍. The grape label is just like a grape label that says "let the grapes taste like grapes". I also found a grape label in the same series 😊. I've always wondered if I should buy Shiki because of its unique jacket, and this is my first time to buy it. Watabune No. 2, 620 yeast from the No. 6 yeast derivative, 50% milled rice, 15% alcohol. It is juicy, and I think I feel the acidity the most. It's like a white wine, but it's not as grapey as it sounds. 🤔I'm an oddball, so when I'm surrounded by jackets with only kanji characters on them, this is what I'm looking at 🤭This was delicious! Thanks for the treat 💪.

Good evening Jay & Nobby 🌝. My wife says it's like wine 😊I think it's because I drink it in a different shaped glass, but my opinion has been off since it became a summer drink😅Well, it's good, so I hope it's good enough for you.

I bought it because I wanted to buy the name of the book, not the jacket 😁Harukoi -> Hittatsu no Koi and is it a Koi series? I don't know, but I bought it 🤭. Hitomebore from Miyagi, 55% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. I felt sourness, especially bitterness. Most summer sake has more sourness and bitterness than sweetness. I wondered if they were trying to express a lost love with the sourness and bitterness. 🤔That was delicious😊thanks for the food 🙏.

I've noticed that you can add carbonation in small amounts and I've been experimenting with different ways to do it, but I personally find sparkling or sparkling nigori sake tastes better 🤔 this is delicious and interesting though 🤭. I wish I could get a free sake from you. I was worried about whether I could drink it since it's been about 2 years since it was manufactured but it was fine 😁. I was worried about it, but no problem 😁. Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice, 15.5% alcohol by volume. The aroma is elegant and the taste is well balanced. It was an easy to drink sake 😊It was more enjoyable because it was only 😁Thanks for the meal 🙏.

I had a rather long conversation with the lady of Kenmoku Shoten and she recommended the sake I chose at the end 😊 dry 😁. Hachitan-Nishiki, 60% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. The wife drank it in a champagne glass and I drank it in a burgundy glass. The wife felt sweetness and I felt bitterness without sweetness. I felt the sweetness, and I felt the bitterness without the sweetness. Delicious 🤤. A friend of mine gave me a Drinkmate so I added carbonation to the Natsujun 🤭 and now it's a dry sparkling sake that's even more refreshing! But you have to add 450ml of carbonation to get the right amount, so you'll end up emptying almost a 4-gouple bottle when you use it 😅Delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏!

I also thought I found Jyushiyo but it was over 30,000... 😭 Is it usually priced like this? I'm not sure I can drink it without a bunch of fish passing through 😅😅If so, I can't drink it 😵💫. It's "Abe." Two hiragana characters on a white background stands out 😁Niigata rice, 65% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume, Abe's standard sake. The taste is sweet and tasty with a hint of sourness 🤔The rice flavor and sourness go well with meals 😊This is delicious 🤤Thanks for the meal 🙏.

I saw a lot of people posting "Soga Perle Ephis" on saké.com, so I wanted to try it 😳I asked the clerk about it and he said "it's only available in small quantities, so it all goes to restaurants. I think it will be difficult to get it 😱. Nanbu Bijin" which we picked up together with "Kinjaku". I found out that Yuzo Special is a junmai-shu suitable for warming up sake, which the executive director makes with the aim of making it "the ultimate food sake". I didn't know that and drank it cold... 💦 Also, I thought "Yuzan" meant "Mishinbo" 🤣. Miyamanishiki, 60% polished rice, 18% alcohol by volume. I bought it because I was attracted by the name Nanbu Bijin and Yuuzan Umihara, so I thought it would be sweet and tasty, but it was spicy and tasty 😁It was a little tingly and dry due to the strong alcohol content 😊I wish I could have tried it heated... it was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.

I finally had a chance to drink Ooamine. I've been wanting to drink this bottle for a long time, but I couldn't find it in my neighborhood 😭. Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol content 14.5 degrees. I heard that the rice milling ratio changes depending on the number of rice pictures on the bottle: three grains > two grains > one grain. The design is sophisticated and easy to understand 🤔. This time it was Yamadanishiki and it was sweet, umami, delicious and bitter 😁I felt the sweetness was strong at first, but as the day went on, the bitterness started to show its face (or was it my imagination?). 💦)It was well balanced and easy to drink! It was 😊delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Third stage of sparring😊 Wife's choice🤭. I blew it as usual😭 Stop blowing up after a pause where nothing seems to happen when you open it 😭 Sparkling sake with 80% polished rice and 12% alcohol by volume. Dry? Dry, low alcohol sparkling, good before and during a meal 🤭The shwash will be refreshingly crisp with rice flavor and acidity 😆. The downside is the price is high and the cork stopper is hard to close as the bottom of the stopper expands when opened 💦I finished off 720ml 😭 it was a hard stopper for my family who like to share it for a few days 😂Delicious! Continuing with the sparkling 😁 I have purchased Oroku among the sparkling recommendations at Mekada San 😄. There was a Niimasa Cosmos on sale, but not only once a year 🤔 Collage was on sale, so I passed on the Cosmos 🤣. It has 60% rice polishing ratio, 16.5% alcohol by volume, and is an active nigori sake. I opened it normally without paying much attention and it blew out 😳 even though the label goes out of its way to warn you 💦. It has a lot of lees and strong fizz, so as soon as I opened it, it turned into a calpis soda 😆 It has little sweetness and acidity, and after the shwash, it breaks off with bitterness. It was crisp and mature soda 😁 Delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Yamadanishiki, 45% polished rice, 14% alcohol by volume. The aroma is very fruity 😊While it's shuwah in your mouth, it goes down dry 🤔The alcohol is low and easy to drink 🤤It's getting hotter and might be a good alternative to beer 😁The downside? was the type of lid that wouldn't close once you opened it if you were going to drink it over a couple of days or so💦Delicious! On the way back from my parents' house, my daughter and I went to Ikeda Sake Shop for the first time. My daughter's choice was the "I love sushi" guy and the blue Takachiyo. The sushi one has a cute label though💦. The spring sake has disappeared and the summer sake is on its way! The blue bottle is so cool and summery 😁. It is a flat polished unadjusted summer raw sake with 48% milled rice and 16% alcohol by volume. The aroma is cool and refreshing, or maybe it's the color that makes it smell like cider 🤔I personally don't like the aroma, so it's a little hard to drink... but the wife says it's delicious. After a few days the aroma settled down and I could taste the sweetness followed by sourness and bitterness and I also enjoyed it😊It's interesting how it tastes different as time goes by after opening the bottle😆That was delicious!
