This is the second bottle of sake I received from the "Yamaguchi's Local Sake Giveaway" 👍I got it for free, so I had to advertise it. Sake Brewer Hatsumomiji Co. Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture 〜The season of Japan is ready to drink! Japanese sake is a gift from the ever-changing nature. Hatsumomiji is a pure sake brewery that uses only rice and water grown in Yamaguchi Prefecture. We brew sake throughout the year and deliver sake that is born from the seasons as a familiar sake brewer. We are a sake brewery that is close to you and delivers sake that is born out of the seasons. This sake is made from 100% Isehikari rice, 50% polished rice, and 15% alcohol by volume. I have never had Isehikari before, but this was also a sweet and delicious sake👍It had a nice aroma and was very tasty 😊It is not found in Utsunomiya and I do not know when the next one will be 😆✨Thank you again for the precious opportunity 🤣.

Probably the last summer sake of the year😊. Domaine Sakura Omachi 50%, Yamadanishiki 40%, Kame-no-o 10% assemblage. Polishing ratio: 50% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 13% alcohol. Compared to Kabutomushi, it has less acidity and is more refreshing 🤔Mrs. Kabutomushi and sparkler of SENKOUGURU did not have a good reaction to summer sake, but strangely enough, she liked SENKOUGURU 😳She usually says it's dry, but SENKOUGURU seems to fit her taste...is it because she loves Tochigi? 🤣That was delicious! Thanks for the food 🙏.

It's a little bit different, it's a rosé sparkling from Yonetsuru 👏. It's made with red yeast and it's hard to tell from the picture, but it's 💦 pink (rosé?) in color. It is a sparkling sake with a pink (rosé color?) 😊. It is made from 100% rice grown in Yamagata prefecture, with a polished rice ratio of ? The alcohol content is 9 degrees Celsius. The label on the back says it's slightly dry, but it's sweet and sour, not dry 🤔It's more red than white, more like a rosé wine (maybe the color and name are pulling it in 😅). It was very easy to drink 😆👍✨If it's not chilled, it might be too sweet 😅Delicious! It was delicious 😅! Thank you for the food 🙏🙏.

I've been reading a lot about "Sake Mirai" in your reviews lately. I was so excited to buy it because I liked Eiko-Fuji's Sake Mirai 😁Hoshimatsuri so much that I wanted a second bottle of Eiko-Fuji and when I saw that it was the Sake Mirai I wanted, I felt like it was destined to be 🤣. It is 100% Sake Mirai, 50% rice polishing ratio, 16.6% alcohol by volume. Wow! It's so thick 😳Sweetness comes and umami is strong? Is it strong? Deep? I don't know but it's so good 😍I really like it 👍I don't know if I prefer Eikoufuji or if Sake Mirai is right for me (or both? 🤔)This is my favorite recently 😦. I don't know if I like it better with the Eikoufushi or the Sake Mirai (or both? 🤔), but this is my new favorite 🤭 I have a bottle of Collage Sake Mirai in my fridge 😆 It was delicious 👍Thank you 👍Thank you 🙏

I liked the small bottle and the sound of the name Komachi, so I bought it on impulse 😁I opened the bottle to enjoy a dry sake after a long time 🤗. Akita rice, 70% polished rice, 15.5% alcohol by volume. The aroma is light and fruity, just like the aroma of "aromatic dry". It's a nice change from the pretty appearance, but it's definitely dry and delicious 🤭Since we've been having a lot of crisp summer sake, it's nice to have a dry sake now and then 😆 Delicious! Happy Birthday to me! So, I won the lottery at Mekada San, and Shinsei No.6 is now on tap 😆. Akita rice, milling ratio 55% Kakemai 50%, alcohol content 13%. The Shinsei No.6 series is graded from R to S to X, so this S-type is the mid model. Slightly gassy. After the sweetness comes, the sourness finishes it off. The sweetness and acidity are both rather strong and delicious 😋. I wonder if the No. 6 is to prevent resale? The name of the store where I bought it was engraved on the cap. I guess the brewer is making an effort to make it available at a fixed price to those who want to drink it👍and the quality date is short! The brewery's website says that it is a draft sake and should be consumed within 3 months, preferably as soon as you buy it😳. It was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏. Thank you for the food 🙏.

I wanted to drink Umeshu (plum wine), so I went to the liqueur corner of Mashidaya-san and looked around 🤭. There was a black tea plum liqueur and a regular plum liqueur, so I chose the regular one... I can't imagine what a black tea plum liqueur tastes like 😆. It tasted sweet 🤔It was too sweet to drink straight, so I put some ice in the glass and mixed it with water and it was great 😋It's super low in alcohol though 😁But I'm curious about the black tea plum wine 😩Thanks for the drink 🙏.

I entered a giveaway for sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture on a tweet by Mr. Fujioka of Amami, a company I follow on Twitter, and it arrived just when I'd forgotten about it 🤣. I entered the giveaway and received it just when I forgot about it 🤣 I've only had a few sake from Yamaguchi prefecture that I thought were delicious: Amami, Otters, Kinjaku, and Omine! This time I won the Hatsumomiji "Harada"! Sorry for my lack of study and my first time 💦. I received two bottles, the first was a special junmai sake. The first was a special junmai sake, Yamada-Nishiki, 60% polished rice, 16% alcohol by volume. The sake I was drinking with them was Hana Yuu Omachi and Omine Natsu no Otoshiri, which are crisp sake, so when I compared them, I felt the juicy rice flavor came first, and then the gorgeousness. It is slightly dry. I did my best to review it since I got it, but I'm sorry if it didn't come across 😆 I'll review the other bottle when I'm done with it too! Thank you for the treat 🙏.

Yesterday was a successful Utsunomiya Fireworks Festival 🎆🎆. My daughter was excited to see the big fireworks after a long time 😊👍I can't stop thinking about those who worked so hard to hold this event during the vortex of Corona 😞Thank you for your hard work 😊. This time I found a Ki Sparkling at Mekada San😁Yamada Nishiki, 60% polished rice, 14% alcohol. The sparkling I opened recently opened normally, so I was caught off guard...when I opened it, it blew up big time ⛲and it's pretty depleted 😭The taste is...ummmm 😆 dry...refreshing, strong rice flavor, guigui-ike.... I'm not sure what to say 🤭this was delicious 😍thanks for the treat 🙏.

I went to Saito Sake Shop for the summer sake of Oumine💦I got it because the last Oumine was delicious and the mermaid on the jacket lured me in👍There is the usual grain of rice behind the mermaid 😁. Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol content 12.5 degrees. Unlike the sweet and tasty taste of the last one, it is crisp and refreshing, perhaps due to the low alcohol content. It's a good thing that it's hot and easy to drink...although I feel it's a little lackluster. The fireworks display in Utsunomiya has been postponed until tomorrow Sunday 😊Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny so we will be able to see the fireworks for the first time in a while 😆Thank you for the treat 🙏.

Ahhhh ahhhhh 😡☀️ I sprayed herbicide on the weeds and I'm drenched in sweat😭Can't it get a little cooler... 😮💨 This time, it's a sparkling Kubota, which is often found in restaurants 😁Polishing ratio 65%, alcohol content 12%. It was hot, so I put some ice on the glass... ah... it's so nice and cold and shwashy 😋It's unusually sweet for a sparkling sake (I was told by the liquor store that the second fermentation is dry). I looked closer and saw that it said "carbon dioxide gas" so I wondered if it was a gas-added type. I thought Kubota was supposed to be light and dry... 🤔That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

I was looking for a citrus sake after enjoying the last Kurogyu Yuzusake, and bought the Houou Mita Seasonal Graduates, which was just released 😊. The Kurogyu Yuzusyu was sweet and sour, but this one is soooooo sour 😣😆 I can hardly taste the sweetness 😁Alcohol content is low at 5 degrees and it's great on the rocks 😋I'm a citrus and sour lover (wife is not so fond of citrus fruits), so I sipped a little bit of it all by myself. I finished a bottle by myself 😂I was hot and tired and liked it so much I got a second bottle 👍That was sour! Thanks for the treat! Thank you 🙏

The proprietress of Kenmoku recommended this bottle to me. There are two kinds of labels, one is called "Wakimizu label" and the other is called "Tambo label". It is 100% Misato Nishiki, 55% polished rice, 15% alcohol. Beautiful sake. Gentle sweetness. It is not unique, but it is crisp and tasty. I like it, but my wife doesn't seem to like it so much 😫We have almost the same taste in food, but we often differ in our evaluation of alcohol 🤔It's rather refreshing to have different evaluations of taste between husband and wife 🤭It's fun to drink while talking about likes and dislikes! It was delicious 😌! Thank you for the treat 🙏.

I've been curious about the summer sake "Nanaroman" from the "Romain" series for a while...Romain in July? 🤔 Koji rice: 20% Gohyakumangoku, Kake rice: 72% Gohyakumangoku, Himenomochi: 6%. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 15%. This is the first sake made with glutinous rice 4-stage brewing 😊. Gentle sweetness, light and fresh crispness, but I can feel the umami 😋. The glutinous rice... honestly I don't know 😫. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence that summer sake in early summer is all about sourness (or is it? I'm not sure if it's a coincidence 🤔), but most of the summer sakes I bought in July are crispy (again, maybe a coincidence?). I guess so 😌The Nanaroman was well received by both the wife and me 😋 It was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

I got this "egg manju" at work. I thought it would be like a famous confectionary chick, but it turned out to be a whole boiled egg seasoned with soy sauce inside the manju skin 🤣. At Kenmoku San, I noticed Kurogyu's plum wine and yuzu sake, and the owner recommended the yuzu sake 👍She said it is sour and tastes great on the rocks when you are tired😍. I haven't had the sake version of Kurogyu yet 🤭, but this yuzushu is great 😋, I had the sweet and sour yuzushu on the rocks 😊, maybe because I was tired from the heat, it was even better 😁Thank you for the meal 🙏.

I bought the jacket 🤭. Fancy jacket and the power word "star festival" 😁. I checked after I picked it up and it was my first glorious Fuji 😆. Manamusume 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol content 16.6 degrees. This is the 3rd stage of "STARS", a summer sake from the brewery. It has a unique quirk, but it's hard to describe in words 😂Mrs. Wife especially liked it 😍It was her first Eiko Fuji, but it's unique and good 😊That was delicious! Thanks for the treat 🙏.

I had avoided kijoshu because it was too sweet in another kijoshu, but I tried it again 💪. I was told at another liquor store that once the Corona was over, the Shinmasa would no longer be available in stores because it would be sold to restaurants, so I had to drink it while I could... 😁. Akita rice, milling ratio 55% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 13% alcohol by volume. The back of the bottle says it is too sweet, but it has a strong acidity, so it is not too sweet. It was delicious 😋The same kijoshu has a totally different flavor 🤔That was delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.
