Polishing ratio is 60% and alcohol content is 7 degrees! 😳 Pretty low alcohol! When a little sweetness comes, a strong acidity comes along with a little sourness 😊It's refreshing with a lactic acid smell 🤤It's like a white wine ヽ(=´▽`=)ノLow alcohol and very easy to drink 😁.
