Ippodo's first sake comparison (2) After having a glass of Junmai sake, I switched to this one! This one has a more acidic aroma! said Nobby 😌. When served cold, the umami of the rice spread gently and the sweetness was stronger than the junmai sake 😋. Now let's try this one warmed up! I knew it was warmed up 😊 This one is even more refreshing 😚. I'm not sure if it's the same or not, but I'll take it! Both are delicious🤗 And the snack of the day was "Samurai Beyond Longing: Record of the World's Greatest Samurai" that I had recorded! Even just a good sake goes a long way 😊. I was impressed that they filmed the backside of the game 😳 before this, but it's good to see the scene where Akinori Sasaki, who had his head in his hands after the home run hit against Mexico 😰 cries tears of joy at Masanao Yoshida's tying home run ⚾️ 😂 and the base run by Shuto almost catching up to Otani-kun in the sayonara, etc., no matter how many times you watch it! Ippouki's first drink comparison I finally got a bottle of Ippouki ‼️ a while ago, and this is the first time I drank it and compared the two 🤗. I was looking at the fridge and wondering which one to choose, but I wanted to let Mamio know what I think of it soon, and Hirupeko told me I had to drink it soon 😅. I'm sure heated sake will be delicious too, so I've got some ready for you in Nonbey Yokocho 😊. We started with Junmai sake in honor of our ambassador 🎵 We started with a cold sake first! It's delicious 😊I guess we have similar tastes 😄 and Nobby! The first taste is sweet and umami, followed by sourness and a bit of bitterness with a clean finish 😌. After a comparison with Junmai Ginjo, we moved on to heated sake! Woohoo! Yummmm! The bitterness fades and the umami increases ‼️ This is a win for heated sake 🏆! By the way, while driving on the highway on my way home on Sunday 🚗 I heard a loud thump and noticed a 15cm horizontal crack on the passenger side windshield 😱. A stone 🪨 hit me 😭I guess I'll have to pay for the repair 😓. But easy-going J&N changed the conversation to a fun one about what kind of car they would buy if they won the lottery. I was just having fun talking about it 😆. But when I asked the ⁉️ dealer about it, they said they would replace it 😨. More than 100 four-pack bottles... ding ding ding 🫥. to be continued

I was thinking 🤔 I've been drinking sweet sake for a while now, and I wanted to drink something refreshing 🤔, and I remembered this one that J, who loves acidity, took me to the liquor store where I got Ippo Ki the other day, attracted by the word "white koji" written in the introduction of the sake 🤗. It's not a classic, but it's Hatsukariho 😊. I think it's a summer sake 😅I'll try it 🎵 Pouring it into the cup, the water color is yellowish 😳 like an aged sake! Take a sip and woohoo 😯 the acidity spreads out in a whoosh and it's so refreshing ‼️ I've been waiting for this! This is what I've been waiting for! It was a good decision to buy it👍 The balance of sweetness: sourness: bitterness changed day by day, the first day the sourness won, on the second day the sweetness of the aftertaste came out from the sourness, and on the third day the bitterness seemed to stand up 🤔. I think the best flavor was the second day, when the moderate sweetness and sourness were in harmony. ☺️ Ale⁉️It's been a long time since I've used so many characters for a taste 😆. Speaking of long time, I bought the year-end jumbo today for the first time in several years‼️I hope I win 100 billion in honor of Otani 🤩! I hope I win 100 billion after Otani 🤩🥲Already ❓Bugged 🤣.

Houou Mida Liqueur Series Strawberry 🍓. I've had Yuzu, Lemon, and citrus drinks, so I tried Strawberry 💪 Looks like strawberry milk already 🤣. Unlike the citrus type, it's like a dessert drink, which is a different genre 😳. Is it strawberry yogurt with a zest? I think it's not like I'm drinking alcohol 🤔, because of the low alcohol content 😅If you think of it as this kind of alcohol, it's very fruity and very tasty 🙏. It was so thick that it was delicious even if I mixed it with milk, but it lost the feeling of alcohol even more 🙏 I wish I could have had it with milk.

I always open about 5 bottles and enjoy them while sipping and comparing, so I have 4 more bottles left to drink in 2 months... I was trying to buy a sake that my wife likes, so I asked the clerk to pick up some recommendations in the "dry" and "dry" categories 😊Kikusen's Special Junmai. Hard look that I wouldn't buy if it wasn't promoted 😆. Yamada Nishiki, Toyonishiki, 60% rice polishing ratio, alcohol content between 15 and 16 degrees C. I forgot what it tasted like 2 months ago, but it tasted spicier🤔It was refreshingly dry😊Basically, my wife and I have the same taste buds, but we can't agree on how spicy sake is... 😅Difference between sake drinkers and non-sake drinkers? I was honestly planning to go through with it 😅 Senkou "UA Launching Fireworks". I went to Kashiwajisan to buy a dry sake for my wife after the typhoon, but they still had some left 😳 However, when I looked closer, I found a four-pack sparkling bottle with a crown stopper💦There was a four-pack Akabu sparkling bottle with a crown stopper in the fridge, so I had two bottles to drink at once. I asked the waiter about it and he said it would be hard to drink two bottles at once. The clerk told me that there is a plastic stopper inside the crown stopper and if I open it slowly so that the crown doesn't bend when I open it, I can close it again 😆 Seriously 😳I'm going to buy it 🤭! Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice, 14% alcohol. Sparkling with the image of a large flower looking up at the summer night sky...... I don't know🤣Dry sparkling sake with a hint of sourness😊I closed the crown stopper again and it was still carbonated on the second day👍The shopkeeper said "3 or 4 days...". The waiter said, "It may lose its carbonation after 3 or 4 days, but it will still taste good and you can enjoy the change in taste even after the carbonation is gone👍" 😁I finished it in 2 days🤣That was delicious! The wife bought the cute little ghost label 👻 that you jacked off to. It glows in the dark for fun 😄. With a ghost sticker as a bonus 😁. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 16.5 degrees. It has a strong acidity and a strong flavor. It is very refreshing when cooled and served on the rocks, which is recommended, as it reduces the acidity and makes it even more refreshing. I blew it as usual😭 Stop blowing up after a pause where nothing seems to happen when you open it 😭 Sparkling sake with 80% polished rice and 12% alcohol by volume. Dry? Dry, low alcohol sparkling, good before and during a meal 🤭The shwash will be refreshingly crisp with rice flavor and acidity 😆. The downside is the price is high and the cork stopper is hard to close as the bottom of the stopper expands when opened 💦I finished off 720ml 😭 it was a hard stopper for my family who like to share it for a few days 😂Delicious! Sake selected and purchased by the wife. Kashiwazugi Sake Shop is a fun place for her to choose from, as she does not know the brand name of each sake. The sparkling dry sake was the deciding factor. 😀 😀 Dry, sharp, carbonated, refreshing, and very easy to drink 🤤 I was afraid it would spew because of the ostentatious lid, but it didn't spew at all, just the right amount of gas 😀. I found some Senkou amazake in the supermarket as a bonus 🫡 it was delicious with lots of rice mash 🤤 I preferred it cold rather than hot 😃Thanks for the treat 🙏.

Last week, Nobby was away from J&N for a trip to support his son living alone in an apartment after he moved out 🥲. I'll be home on Sunday and cheers for the first time in a long time 🥂. Nobby was especially looking forward to this toast! Mmmm, nice aroma 😌 Grape🍇 type. Sipping from the top, I love the fizz, and the wonderful ensemble of sweet and bitter 🤔 (am I using that right?). I turned the bottle to look at the label and saw automatic stirring and a beautiful dance of the oli 😆. And when I mixed it, the sweetness won out slightly. It mixes beautifully and speeds up the drinking process 🚀. Easy to drink, not like 16 degrees ❗️Tastes so good! T-kaji is right! Yes, it is foul 😤. But delicious 😋. Tochigi love

for recording My wife wanted something that wasn't sweet, so I decided to buy the spicy one. I know that sake is sweet, but is it spicy? sensation? So I bought a "super dry" sake to make it easier to understand. The owner told me that I could taste the sweetness from the second day of opening the bottle. On the first day, I felt a bit of a pungent taste. Maybe I'm not good at it. The second day, I could definitely taste the sweetness and it was delicious! In case you are wondering, my wife enjoyed it from the beginning😁. I've heard that Ona is also a Tochigi sake, so it makes me happy that there is a good sake brewery in my hometown😁.

for recording I bought a bottle at a liquor store that was recommended for beginners. According to the description, it was the first sake from Tochigi. Apparently there is a brewery in Sakura City, next to Utsunomiya. I've never been interested in it before, so it was refreshing to find a brewery near where I live.
